The house is as advertised and in great shape! We had a great time and the host was very responsive to everything we needed.

Large rooms on golf course. Unfortunately air conditioning wasn’t working and could not be resolved during the week we stayed there. Once the owner responded they did send fans over but it was a hot week. We rented 3 houses on this property and when people came by they reported we had too many people. I was not aware they were monitoring our comings and goings- the first i experienced that for any rental! I explain we were having a large family reunion, so all was ok with rental rules— just was weird to be accused. I would definitely stay at Otsego Club again. Nice walking paths and very convenient to downtown.

This is a very fun property! Nice game room and bar in the basement,! The house is on a golf hole with a nice (small) deck overlooking the course, and hot tub. The unit is well appointed, many nice touches like 2 kinds of coffee makers one Keurig for k cups (and aa pleasant suprise was the host provided a good assortment of k cups) and one standard drip coffee maker (we used both)
I mentioned to the host that I wish he had a bigger griddle as I had 8 hungry guys and did things like bisg breakfasts of eggs and pancakes and smash burgers at night and the host did not hesitate to send a brand new bigger one! I did not ask for that, another pleasant suprise!.

Such a great place for our group of 8 golfing buddies. Plenty of rooms for nearly everyone to have their own room. Very clean and the communication was great. Unfortunate we had to cut our trip short a day d/t rain but next time we come back to play we hope to stay here again.

We were 7 guys for a week long golf trip. For the most part the house served its purpose. Clean and spacious and pretty well stocked. Some issues were the lack of information concerning how to use the hot tub, where to take garbage, how to leave house when our week ended. A strange thing was the no access to the garage or the master bedroom closet. A few hangers and hooks on doors were provided to hang clothes. The AC unit was a bit of an issue since getting a comfortablr temp on the main floor made the basement too cold and the 2nd floor too warm. A split unit would work better. Privacy on the 2nd floor was somewhat limited as one of the bedrooms was really a loft area and not a bedroom as indicated in the descrition that had to be walked thru to get to another bedroom. Also, one of the light switches in the master bathroom has a short in it and would turn off by itself.

Blake’s unit could not have been better for my group of 8. It slept 8 comfortably and the amount of bathrooms was more than convenient. If needed, the basement and main level had room for air mattress’s in case people don’t want to bunk up in a room.
We spent our weekend golfing in the area where the main level open concept was the perfect spot to plan our moves for the day and the basement was an ideal place to congregate after our rounds to relax.
We enjoyed the perks of being on the Otsego property - access to the restaurant & bar, walking distance to the driving range & pro-shop, and quiet evenings.
The unit was clean, updated, and had more amenities than required for our group.
My group last minute decided to come up a day early and Blake was generous enough to open the condo up for an extra night.
I can’t say enough about this property and Blake - We will be booking this unit again for next years trip!

My boys and I just needed some family time away from all the teenage activities, so we decided to take a up trip up north to enjoy some snow and relaxation. The house was perfect! We wil be back!

Just 4 of us for this large condo. I loved how the kitchen was so well stocked, the fireplace and the location.

Well kept, spacious property with a unique cabin feel and all the amenities you could ever want. My wife and I had a wonderful time here relaxing and traveling around northern Michigan.

Very clean! Plenty of room for 9 of us to stay. Really enjoyed the games and hanging out in the basement in the evenings. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked! Everyone loved it, would definitely stay again!

A group of friends traveled north for a golf weekend. The boys got in plenty of golf! The ladies did some shopping. Good food, fun games and the hot tub were enjoyed by all! Blake the property owner has a lovely house ready with everything you need!

Blake was an amazing host from the beginning! The condo is indescribable as to how beautiful, spacious and accommodating it was for my entire family. It had everything we needed and then some. It made the weekend for my sons wedding absolutely perfect.

Absolutely fantastic place. Plenty of space for everyone. Communication was great and helpful. Well maintained and clean. If we ever get up that way again in the near future, we will definitely stay here again.

What a place!! So spacious could easily host 2-3 families or great for adults to unwind. Perfectly appointed location to enjoy the resort for golf or ski. Not to mention just a minute from town. Loved sitting in the hot tub, watching the golfers play through, and sleeping in (beds are quality sheets, pillows, and mattresses (can be rare now a days)). Just absolutely optimal even had my morning cup of coffee for me :) 10000% stay here!!!

Location is quiet and relaxing. We are a family of 4, so there was more than enough room for us. We love to golf and this was a perfect place for it.

Huge house in spotless condition! Can house up to 10 comfortably, hot tub works great, basement is great for hanging out! Would love to be back! 10/10.
