We enjoyed our month long stay at this property. It has everything you need, updated kitchen with high end appliances. Updated bathroom, lots of closet space! Very comfortable with beautiful desert views. We took our 2 small dogs and walked every day. The back yard is fenced in but there are lots of coyotes, owls, and Hawks so you need to watch over small pets. We enjoyed this home and location immensely and would book again!! Be sure to use the map provided by the property manager to get to this house; GPS will not give you correct directions. Beautiful and quiet area, just north of the town of Cave Creek. House is very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. Garage storage space a huge plus! Too cold in February to use the unheated pool, but would be great in warm weather. As noted in description, property is not fully fenced (pool area is). The yard is a tricky area for kids and dogs. There are cactus, and lots of rabbits and quail, with regular visits from coyotes and javelinas. Our dog will not escape or chase any of these, fortunately, and stays out of cactus. Also as described, the walk to the front patio is on uneven ground with loose gravel/rock; visitors with mobility challenges will need to take extra care. Mattress on the king-size bed was very comfortable (thank you for not using memory foam!), with plenty of pillows. Towels and sheets were good quality. There were no spare blankets or throws, and no wash cloths that we could find. Water pressure excellent, but water heater is in the garage and it takes a long time to get hot water at the other end of the house. DIsh detergent supplied; you will need to bring your own laundry detergent. Also will need your own shampoo, etc.; liquid hand soap is supplied. Salt and pepper provided; there were leftover Nespresso capsules as well as ground coffee. Overall, a very nice house, suited us perfectly, would definitely stay there again.
