it’s quaint, easy access to beach through decimated hotel grounds. I love palapa cabanas and these are very nice! restaurant on par with expensive resorts surrounding, pricey but the food is good with a romantic setting for couples and saxophone musican.

The neighboring resorts had very loud trance music, not this property’s fault. I didn’t like the salt water shower.

Excellent resort with great location in the center of Playa del Carmen Beach, very clean & comfortable. Our bungalow, Amarillo, was quiet, spacious and well presented. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff of Sandy. On check-out, she made our trip more relaxed by keeping our luggages until late evening. The beach is literally within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this resort to everybody! It's a true sample of great hospitality. Thank you again Sandy for going just that little step extra for us as guests!!! 10 out of 10.

Just a minor point: the water in the shower was a bit salty

The place is a real piece of paradise. Nicely decorated, love the relaxing vibe everywhere you look. The bedroom are very well decorated, and everything is well thought. Nothing is missing.

One of the best experiences I've had in my life. Extremely helpful and nice staff, who are always there, but in a very gentle way. Very convenient room, and I appreciated the welcome drink, as well as the complimentary coffee capsules. All of them are small things but make your stay much more enjoyable.

Maybe the prices could be improved in terms of food. They serve amazing food in a very nice ambient, at US mid-range prices, which you wouldn't necessarily expect in the Mexican beach area. Other than that, it was truly amazing.

!Everything! This gem of a hotel is a very well maintained, well managed oasis just steps from the beach. If you are looking for a concrete, high rise Miami Beach style hotel....keep looking, Coco's is not for you. If you are looking for tranquility, warm service, comfortable beds, clean rooms and a restaurant that leaves you wanting to order everything on the menu....book now! You will not be disappointed! I truly cannot think of anything to put here....maybe that my stomach was not big enough to eat more of the restaurant's food.

We ended up deciding on this hotel at the last minute, not knowing what to expect. Once we arrived, we were greeted with warm, friendly service and a delicious meal for us to enjoy. The atmosphere was very chill and relaxing. A great place to unwind after many busy days of seeing the sights. The location is great. You’ll have to rely on a car, but if that’s not an issue for you, then you’ll be fine. They have a complimentary breakfast service where they will make whatever you want. The restaurant has an excellent, diverse menu, so there’s something for everyone to savor. There’s a beach within walking distance that has excellent snorkeling and soft sand that’s great to spread out on. The staff is truly spectacular. They’re all super kind and helpful, doing everything they can to make the experience even better. They even upgraded our room for free into a much bigger space. They also planned an awesome birthday surprise for me when I was least expecting it. Both my partner and I loved the experience so much that we didn’t want to leave. It’s definitely a gem tucked away between some of the larger hotels. It’s definitely worth the cost. If you’re looking for a place to stay that feels like home, then I think you’ll love Cocos Cabañas.

The parking could’ve been better, but they only have so much space to work with. So, it’s something we could work around. Otherwise everything was enjoyable and satisfied our needs.

Absolutely beautiful little spot tucked away amongst a bunch of huge resorts with direct access to the beach but a much more chilled out feeling and better food than the surrounding options. A little oasis.

The staff are exceptional. The manager Silvia was perfect. They would move heaven and earth to be sure all your needs are met. Best stay ever

It’s perfect

The suite was large and very nice. The hotel is lovely, with greenery around and close to the beach. The staff was helpful and the breakfast included was also good.

The hotel is a bit further away from Playa del Carmen, to the north, so you will need a car to go to the centre, or take a cab every time.
