Very clean property and helpful staff.

Apartment was new and clean

Wasn't what we booked, really poor arrival, was supposed to have 2 bedrooms, we were told an extra mattress had been added (it hadnt) woman phoned at 3am!! To see if we needed it. No info provided including WiFi, no toilet paper, bedding not organised........loads of rats in car park! Will be putting in a formal complaint.

The location was perfect for our visit to Hemel Hempstead. There were multiple good restaurants and food shops/groceries nearby and everything was easy to reach by foot. The apartment was spotless, well-appointed and everything felt new. The beds were very cozy and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. The bathroom and kitchen were beautiful, and had everything we needed. Seewandi was very helpful, met us on arrival and took care of all of our questions. The price was reasonable and our stay was well worth it. We would have been very comfortable to stay longer.

The only confusion was with parking on arrival, but that was outside the control of our hosts since someone else parked in the spot that was reserved for our apartment. This was easily resolved and did not cause any difficulties. Not a problem, but my personal preference, I would suggest a couple more dinner dishes and a hand soap dispenser in the bathroom. Everything else was absolutely perfect!
