It is very close to the lake. Even though the camping was quite full, the beach was never crowded and the shower and toilet was never crowded either. Lovely restaurant on site with generous portions, cocktail night on Friday and live music on Saturday night. Lovely playground for the kids, football field, basketball court kept them occupied. Paddle boat for rent was great!

The car could not be parked next to the hut, although whoever was camping had their car right next to their tent. However, there is a car park right outside the camping, literally 2 minutes walk, so not an issue. We stayed in one of the wooden huts and there was no bedding, had to ask and pay for it separately.
