L’emplacement pour visiter les pouilles était impeccable 👌🏼 les chambres étaient belles et le quartier très tranquille. Nous pouvons garer sans problème la voiture juste devant l’entrée. L’accueil très sympathique

Le petit déjeuner était parfait le 1er jour ensuite je ne sais pas ce qu’il s’est passé mais en arrivant à l’ouverture, les œufs brouillés, le café et le thé était froid. Nous avons demandé à réchauffer le café. De plus il faut se rendre à un autre hébergement pour le petit déjeuner c’est dommage

Beautiful room near the old town of the city. We liked very much the breakfast! It was nice that it had sour options comparing to other hotels that have only sweet. Many fruits also! 😍 Thank you!

I stayed in the hotel on my hiking route around Bari. The check-in was easy, the room is stylish and well equipped while the bathroom may be a bit tiny for a big person. The sleep was tight and the breakfast was delicious

- The kindness of the staff - the room was decorated with taste, and it was very spacious - the breakfast, NOT at Al Borgo but at Il Grifone B&B, was amazingly delicious, in a lovely, small room (get there early).

- We hadn't anticipated that we need to call before our arrival, and were left to wait in front of the door for the check in. 10 min with a sleepy 15kg toddler in the arms, these minutes are very long ;) - The room only had one exit, directly onto the street. - No window - Not located in the same location as the main B&B, a short walk away between Il Grifo and Al Borgo, - Raunchy smell in the room (humidity?), even stronger in the bathroom. - uncomfortable mattress. - We found a nail clip on the floor, shower not very clean, dust on the clothes shelves. All a pity as the room was very large and beautifully decorated.

Overall my stay was alright and the staff I dealt with was friendly

The owner debited my credit card twice. This mistake can happen and then you just apologise and refund your customer. However, the owner was extremely unfriendly and even after I have submitted an official bank statement proving his error, he was not willing to do the refund. I had to pass through booking.com Customer Service to get refunded, it took more than one month and many hours on the phone.

Had to change rooms because there was no water. But the staff was great and we got another room right away.
