Clean and bright room. Size is comfortable. Amenities are sufficient.

The tv channels provided were limited and I couldn’t stream anything onto the tv. Shower water flows to the sink area.

I am reluctant to give a review but the msg kept popping up even after weeks I've stayed there. We as a family arrived at 4am. Lobby you have to take a lift up but let's talk about parking. In fact let's talk about getting to the hotel first, there's an ongoing mrt/lrt construction in front of the hotel & the roads were closed (so the pic you see is just artist impression, as of mid 2024, it's still under construction). I had to make a big detour to finally get into the hotel. No guards manning at parking at this wee hour. I found out, we can only park at this one level. Imagine the entire hotel occupants can only park on one small level and I'm lucky there's just 1 empty spot. The other levels are for the condo residents (yes this is those condo / hotel building). Parts of the building looks like it's still under construction with debris lying all around the perimeters including inside the hotel lower levels... Dangerous for small kids. At the lobby, I gave my ID and got the booking wrong by saying I didn't pay and have to pay now (1st red flag) I was then asked to go online to register myself into the hotel. There were 3 staffs at the front desk. (2nd red flag). No signal / poor signal at lobby then I asked for wifi and also cannot connect. Then I asked, Is this your SOP to ask the guest to register themself while 3 staffs look at me. Remember it's 4am and my son is cranky after a long journey. They said yes, and gave me their iPad to register! I've stayed from 1 star hotel to 4 star hotels all over the world and this is the 1st time I have to key in all the particulars of my stay into this iPad. Anyway... it's the management I guess, trying to hit the illusive KPI. I don't even want to comment on the pricey bfast and lack of options. Just a small area near the front desk. You would need to walk about 10-15m to eat at the shoplots. Shell is just outside and some snacks in their shop.

We stayed for several nights, There is an outdoor swimming pool and gym. The pool has a pipe flowing water into in, presumably they have not fixed the filter / pump system? The are gets super jam during peak hours and it's all one way into the hotel. From the hotel to Klang Aeon took me 2 hours. Jam all the way. The roads are narrow, traffic light is long on reds and short on greens. If you miss the turn into the hotel, good luck. Several nights, I arrived back at 10p to the hotel and couldn't find a parking spot on that all one level parking for hotel guest. I had to wait for 30m before someone left. One of the nights, my card to the room is not working and had to go down to the front desk again to 're-activate" the card. When asked why? No answer was given. Lifts were huge & that's why the cleaners too are using the guest lift? One occasion, the toilet brush was near my face as the lift was full. I'm sure there is a service lift for such new building.

Convenient to find restaurants

Very ridiculous, nobody has made up the room where we came back at 21pm!! And the lady staff called back and said no one now, it is late! What? Not my fault! Very disappointed about the service!

To provide more wall mounted hook or towel holder in toilet (there is a space near toilet bowl area)

Location quite hard to find because there's a construction nearby.

The room is clean spacious and worth the money . Good view and amazing facilities

Toilet is really dirty with alot of hairs and the wall is yellow
