Nice persons at reception! Very good location, close to Nissi beach. Big rooms. I came second time at this guesthouse. They have outside pool.

Noise due to boillers

Upstairs the room was nice and new. Wi-Fi was ok. Balcony is very cozy. Kitchen was useful. A/C cost additional 5€/day, working fine. Great location.

The room on the ground floor is old furnished. So I upgraded the room and moved upstairs. Wi-Fi didn’t work inside the room, only on veranda.

There where ants running in the room. I wake up in the morning and they were on my phone.

Nice pool, but they close it at 9pm, it can be open little longer. Nice staff and clean apartment.

The bed was uncomfortable, they had spring mattress. The furniture was older, and the water pressure is very low and only warm water in the shower. And the most important the wifi didn’t work our whole stay.

Location and cleanliness

- No working wifi is horrible. I tried the room, balcony and the bar, did not succeed even to send an email. Such service should not be advertised when not existent. - Paid A/C (6 euro/day). Without these 2 essentials included, the place is a bit overpriced. Rating is high apparently from the guests who stayed in upgraded apartments. Studio (nr. 49, cheapest) is in a need of renovation.

The only good thing about this “Hotel” is the location, the rest is just disappointing!!!

Worst “Hotel” ( if I can name it a hotel) I’ve ever been! The condition of it is really bad, the owner probably likes to take all the earned money in his pocket apparently without reinvesting or to do a proper maintenance! I’ve been staying a week with my wife and our room been “cleaned “ ( just changed once the towels and the bed stuff), just once in this 7 days and got just 2 towels each for the whole stay ( in a country with 30 degrees taking a shower 2-3 times per day) ! The mattress is really bad, we slept really bad those 6 nights ! And the cherry from the cake is that they extra charge for the air conditioning!!!! that’s absolutely absurd!!! You are coming in a country with 30 degrees in the day and night also and they charge you for AC! how you can stay in a place paying 400-500€ for 6 nights and melting in the “hotel” room?! I won’t recommend to anyone to stay in this “hotel”, better pay an extra 100-200€ from your pocket and stay in a proper hotel !!! You’ll regret staying here, trust me! Also they are providing just one small soap for each, that’s it! I understand that it’s an 2 star “hotel” but you’re paying 500€ for 6 nights so I wouldn’t say that’s cheap! Also the wi-fi doesn’t work, when you’re connected to the wi-fi is saying that the rate is connected without internet, so you’re connected, but you don’t have internet! I’ve more pictures of the condition of this “hotel” but unfortunately on booking you can’t upload more than 4 pictures!!! I don’t know even why this “hotel” is on Booking.com!!!y

It was not very bad but the apartment was disappointing. The kitchen was okay but there weren't enough pans to cook a decent meal. The bathroom was old and dirty and we didn't use the bath, that was really too filthy. The further furnishings were poor and not really comfortable. The benches in the livingroom were very old. The location is also disappointing. The complex is located on a busy road so the pool located at the front is actually unusable. Our apartment was at the back so we were not bothered by the noise during the night. Nice staff but that is not enough for a pleasant stay. I would not book this apartment again

Very dirty,very old, cocroaches walking, no TV, no WiFi, they don't allow guests. Very bad smell coming from the cupboards

Super close to numerous beaches - Nissi beach is only a an 8-10min walk.

The room was spacious and kept very clean, towels and bedding changed on a regular basis. the beach was only100 yards away, with plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The only slight negative would be, it's located a a busy road, with plenty of traffic, but a night the traffic isn't as bad and I wasn't kept awake or woken up at night. It's nice being able to chat to the staff whist having a drink at the bar.

It needs better wifi signal in the room. Maybe some more detailed cleaning, I had lots of cobwebs in the corners and on the chairs 🕸 I was sneezing a lot and I’m ellergic to dust so I think it maybe that but understand that it was out of season so the room might not have been used very much.

The studio had everything we needed, spacious and clean. There were lots of restaurants and shops close by and the beach was a few minutes walk from the property.

The room is a decent size. The apartment is spotlessly clean. The owner is always nearby ready to help and meet your needs. She is too kind, and always available. The pool is clean. The main street is a bit busier but the beach is less than a two minute walk away. The beach is very beautiful. And the surrounding beaches are very nice, the water is clear, the color of the sea is divine.

Everything in the apartment was great. The only complaint I have about this trip relates to the Kapnos shuttle bus. I bought tickets to the airport online. The bus did not show up at the scheduled time. I didn't get any information about why the bus was late. When I called them on the phone they told me the bus had broken down and would arrive soon. After 45 minutes of delay, we took a taxi and drove to the airport. Kapnos shuttle bus did not return my money and do not respond to emails. By searching the internet, I saw that similar things happen to other people. DON’T GO WITH KAPNOS SHUTTLE BUS IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE LATE ON THE PLANE. Instead, find someone to share the cost of the taxi with and take a taxi to the airport. Their taxis are as big as limousines and can accommodate five to seven people. It can cost you ten euros per person, the same as the price of the bus

Close to beach (or close to few of the best in Ayia Napa). Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Very clean. Friendly staff. Clean swimming pool. Completely equipped and clean kitchen. Laundry changed every two days.

Poor internet connection. From time to time and in some apartment's areas no internet at all. Apartments are located in noisy main street (like almost all others around) so noise from buses, quads and trucks lasts all day and night.

The cleanliness was not quite at standard, there were ants in the bathroom. You have to pay for air conditioning per day (5€). The building and the furniture is old, also the bathroom and the kitchen facilities. The bed had an old mattress and it was not very comfortable

One of the best places to stay in Napa. Very good rooms. Not far from Nissi Beach. Everything is near. Very friendly personnel. Highly recommended

Location was great, near the beaches and far from the city center crowd. They clean the apartments and change towels and linen.

Apartments should be renovated. We got another room because ceiling fell off in the first one. In another apartment fridge didn't work well, so they bought a new one after we complained. Yes, they solved problems, but they should do it before guests come, not to wait that someone complains and tell me that I am the reason of they made some investments in the rooms. Wi-fi does not exist in rooms, only by the pool or on the balcony.
