The reception was very helpful and friendly. There is a water station to refill water bottles. The breakfast is good and includes hot options like scrambled eggs and toast. The shower was ver hot and I could take long showers without a problem. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is incredible and close to the scenes of the main plaza.

The room was a bit small. The door ran into the bed when the staff opened the door during check in. There were mosquitos in the room.

The location is excellent for exploring Salta. Walking distance to everything. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, if a bit gloomy. As it is an old colonial building, there are no windows to the outside - only to the interior courtyard. But the air conditioning worked so we were comfortable enough. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent and generous.

This central located hotel is an absolute top place. The old colonial style, the staff, the owner the breakfast ( the best I had so far after 5 weeks in Argentina). Not only recommended but highly recommend. The price quality is absolutely fantastic in a hostel you pay more for far less.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is great, and the room was nice, too. I made a mistake in my reservation, but the staff fixed the problem in no time! The breakfast was nice, and I could get something to eat before leaving for tours early in the morning.

excellent central location near the Plaza. Staff were exceptionally kind and helped us arrange transportation. older hotel with lots of character. Quiet room with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Excellent breakfast.

Only Location

The rooms don't have a real window that you can see through, then if you want to feel trapped, this is your place. People at the reception not to nice, except for the short girl with black hair. No hot water pressure in the sink although the cold water pressure was fine

Not much. It was exactly as expected.

We had one night stay in this hotel(11.13-11.14)We arrived in the evening.The computer at the reception did not work well so we had a slow check in.We spend the night and in the morning left the hotel.We paid in cash for our room when leaving the hotel.Next day I've got a message from Booking.com assistant that we didn't show at the hotel.Maybe the lady at the reception failed to mark something in her computer.I tried to contact this hotel but they didn't respond.At the end the room rate was charged from my credit card.I tried to contact the hotel again but they didn't respond.Such is our experience.
