Location, friendly welcome & service, tasty breakfast.

Convenient location, near main road but quiet. Welcoming and friendly hosts, bedroom large with tremendous sea view. Good breakfast with home baking. Good seafood restaurant recommendation (we went twice)

Spacious room , clean comfortable bed. Pleasant helpful land lady , but cannot say the same of the husband ! Close to areas of interest on the south coast but nowhere within sensible walking distance Ie .. ...15 minutes .

Dusty room , dated and worn furniture , tired shower room. Tatty outside building Worn white towels are an absolute no for me even if they were clean No shelf in the shower room to put anything Strange wardrobe / cupboard set up Clunky toilet cystern lid every time the toilet was flushed. Breakfast - challenging to get value for money as owner said they don't like waste, so actually don't want to feed you

Beautiful setting, large and comfortable rooms, well-supplied with all things needed and a lovely breakfast too. Hosts are so welcoming and thoughtful, it’s a haven with wonderful views of Youghal bay and the estuary. Easy access to Youghal for work or pleasure!

There was nothing to dislike

Host was super attentive and friendly. Room was very comfortable and warm (particularly important as it was -2 Celsius the night I stayed). The view is spectacular.
