The room smelled very bad...(sewage type smell) ....it was mentioned in a previous comment about a month ago. It has not been resolved. Did not feel clean. Hugely overpriced. Not recommended for a romantic night away!

Lorna’s rooms are probably cleaner than any other 4 star hotel I’ve stayed in so far in Ireland. Everything was in immaculate condition and Room 2, where I stayed, was very well presented and felt immediately like home. The shower was fantastic and the shower gel smelt really good! The kitchen just across the hallway was so well equipped, butter, milk, tea, coffee, and even little snacks were prepared for me! I had absolutely everything I needed and felt so comfortable and relaxed. I will recommend Lornas place to everyone I know and will return myself one day too hopefully.
The only recommendation I have is to install a full body mirror in Room 2.

Great location, day of arrival full instructions on property and how to get there. Welcoming note advised if we needed anything to just contact host.
The room was extremely warm. It was not a very cold night and so it would hsve been good to be able to switch off the heat.

Clean and comfortable, bed is enormous! Don’t be put off by the shabby housing estate.

Room very clean bed big comfy.
Fridge kettle plenty tea coffee.
Kitchen facilities - / cook / help yourself breakfast good idea & clear signs - feel free to cook meals (it's the household kitchen shared)

I had an amazing stay! Super comfortable bed, clean, quiet and a fabulous help yourself breakfast! Close to shops, cafes and pubs. Highly recommended!

Todo. Lorna fue muy amable. La habitación muy amplia y la cama enorme y cómoda.
Nevera en la habitación.
Cocina bien equipada con desayuno.
Para la habitación del primer piso, el baño esta en el pasillo, fuera de la habitación y la cocina en la planta baja. No fue problema, pero conviene saberlo

very friendly host, very clean room, breakfast with diffrent options, a kitchen for us to use with full equipment and a bed so big we almost got lost😅. very good stay - highly recommended! 💪🏼🎉

The check in was seamless. The room was spotless. Bed was probably the best bed I've ever slept in. Certainly in a hotel. Location superb. Lorna was perfect host. Couldn't reccomend it highly enough. Enjoy your stay, we certainly did

Repeat visitor to this well kept and convenient townhouse. It has an ideal location next to the Clifden Station House, Lidl, and Aldi. Lorna is a top tier host. The rooms are spotlessly clean and there are many cozy amenities. If you are lucky enough to get Room 2 upstairs, it has skylights and a fantastic modern rainfall shower. WiFi connections are frustratingly spotty in Clifden, but this address must be next to a main junction because it is more than adequate if you're a digital nomad. I will happily return the next time I am in Connemara!

Bed was super comfortable. Lots of things in the kitchen for breakfast and nice amenities in the bathroom. Big TV and good internet (Wi-Fi).
