I picked this property because I needed 3 bedrooms since I was bringing my two daughters and their significant others. The property rests on a hill, walking distance from Cruz Bay town center and has beautiful views of the water. It is also walking distance to the Starfish market. Check-in was extremely easy. A couple of days before our check-in date, Doug reached out with directions on what to do. He arranged for a greeter, Jeanine, who was lovely and very helpful, to meet us upon our arrival. She showed us around the property, answered questions, etc. This property was the most well equipped property I’ve ever stayed at. The owners had a very thoughtful welcome package in the refrigerator. There was anything you could want for the beach…towels, chairs, coolers, floaty things. The kitchen had spices, a cheese grater, colander and a whole assortment of plates, bowls, cups, cookware and knives. There has been lots of chatter about the steep hill that this villa is on. I’m a healthy, active 60-something, and I had no problems. But if your mobility isn’t great, I can see that walking from town could be a challenge. Overall lovely place, responsive property managers. Definitely worth the stay!

Mango Breeze is an A+ property. We really enjoyed our beautiful vacation on St. John. This property is perfectly located near Cruz Bay so you can walk into town and it’s a short drive to some of the best beaches in the world. This condo had everything we needed for our family of five. The owners have thought of every detail, even providing some snacks when we arrived. They treated us like valued guests, not renters. It was so nice to have everything we needed like nice linens and towels, every kitchen utensil you can think of and beach chairs and coolers to take to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the shared pool and mostly had it to ourselves. They keep it very clean. I can’t say enough about the wonderful terrace space where we spent most of our time. The views are spectacular! It was very hard to leave Mango Breeze but hopefully we’ll get back to the island soon. Thank you to the hosts and owners for a very beautiful and memorable vacation.

I can't say enough good things about the property, location and overall experience. The condo is pristine and amply supplied with everything you ever need (inside the property or during trips across the island). The 2 negatives I read about on my research were the parking and walk to town. The parking was super easy if you follow the directions from the property owners. The walk to town was an exercise uphill but was only a block at the steepest part and helped to justify key lime pie or ice cream after dinner :) I would highly recommend this location!!

Our group had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful condo. The location is great and we walked into Cruz Bay for drinks and dinner every night. The condo was well equipped and the beach chairs, towels and coolers were much appreciated. One of the highlights of our trip was spending time on the patio each morning and evening enjoying the amazing views.

What a wonderful stay we had at Mango Breeze! The villa is just as described and pictured, if not better. Very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with amazing panoramic views. The villa was very clean, bright, well-appointed and beautifully coastally decorated (loved the artwork!). This was our second trip to STJ. The last time we stayed in a villa in the hills of Chocolate Hole and this time we were excited to stay in a place a little closer to town, so we had the ability to walk. We travelled a variety of ways to get around town and the island utilizing taxi, a rental car and walking. Walking to town is a very doable 10-minute walk (the longer but less steep hilly way) if you don't mind some gradual hills. The villa comes equipped with all of your beach needs including chairs, floaties, toys and coolers which we utilized daily! The villa terrace was stunning and the best one by far in the small condo complex. It was huge with both covered and open spaces. Our group enjoyed morning coffees, afternoon happy hour and late-night conversations on the terrace. The pool looked clean and lovely, but we did not use it as we spent our days at the beach or on the water. Communication with the owners leading up to our stay was excellent and our villa greeter was lovely and welcoming. Our group cannot say enough about this villa. The condition, cleanliness, location and views were top notch. STJ has become a yearly visit for us and we will definitely be back at Mango Terrace!

This was our 5th time back to St. John but our first time staying in Cruz Bay and what a place this is! Before arrival, the owners are in touch working on the arrival arrangements. Shannon, the property manager will meet you at the condo and make sure that you are comfortable and settled in. She is a gem! Any question or concern we had, she was a quick text away and her response time is FAST! Even with restaurant and store recommendations. The condo itself is perfect! Beds are comfortable, plenty of linens, beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, books, games, etc! The outdoor patio is where this place shines! The biggest outdoor patio of the complex, it spans with entire condo with breathtaking views of the water. We absolutely LOVED this place. A quick 5 minute walk into Cruz Bay- there is some serious hill climbing when walking back to the condo from town but it adds to the experience! I would 100% stay in this condo again. Well done!!!

This was our second stay at Mango Breeze. The condo is very clean, with fresh decor and all the extras you need to go to the beach, snorkeling, etc. The kitchen is also well stocked if you want to cook. The location is great - you can walk to Cruz Bay! The owners are very responsive. We'll be back again.

We loved everything about the Condo and St. John. Beautiful, comfortable, part of a trip of a lifetime. I will say the road/hill the condo is on was challenging but there is nothing you could do about it to change. Well worth such a spectacular stay!

I've stayed in plenty of VRBOs, and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. From the start, David and Julie were very quick to respond to any questions we had about the stay, the travel, and things to do once we arrived. Communication is key when traveling a long distance and they made this process super easy. Once we got to the island we were greeted by Shannon who was such a joy to have meet us there. Instead of just showing up and figuring out where everything was or how to use the AC she was there to guide us which was very beneficial. We were also greeted with snacks from one of the local delis, that was such a great treat after a long day of travel. As for the place itself, it was amazing, The fact that we walked in and felt like this was a CLEAN home away from home was awesome. It was so well equipped with snorkel gear, sunscreen, towels, laundry detergent, even soap and shampoo. It was a good low key place too, and the pool area rarely had anybody in it. The location was fantastic as well. We were about 5-8 minutes from Cruz Bay where all the bars and restaurants are. The best part if we couldn't decide on a place to go, the owners put together this unbelievable binder with all sorts of menus and recommendations. really a cool touch for a group of people that love to look at menus, eat, and drink lol. All in all, if we were to ever go back to St. John we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Easily a 10/10 experience and would gladly recommend this property to anybody planning on visiting the island. This place is exactly how it is described and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation! It comfortably slept seven of us and we enjoyed every night out on the patio while the kids swam in the pool. All of the added amenities were a nice asset so we didn’t have to worry about over packing or making a stop as soon as we arrived on the island. As other travelers have mentioned the road and parking right in front of the condo is hilly but so is most of the island and we got used to it very quickly. Plus it was wonderful being able to walk straight into our place without added stairs. David and Julie were great to work with and very communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

Mango Breeze Villa was everything we hoped from the pictures, and more. The condo had every comfort we needed. Was sparkling clean, spacious. Comfortable beds. Amazing views. We walked into town each night, but the hill is STEEP. Our group is by no means "in shape" and we pulled it off. But I can imagine there are some who would not be ok with the walk. Over-all there is nothing I would change about Mango Breeze, and will be back again!

What a great property. Beautiful deck with view, where we shared several family meals around the patio table. Comfortable sleeping arrangements with each bedroom having access to their own bathroom. Well stocked kitchen with some very thoughtful food and drink left for us. And incredibly communicative and helpful management team that made check in easy. Would highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this property. The management was amazing, made sure any questions we had were answered very quickly, they left "goodies" in fridge which ended up feeding us the night we flew in, and we were very grateful, and ended up buying more from the local deli. If you have the opportunity stay here! The location to the town is very convenient. We walked to town in less than 10min. The view from balcony is breath taking. The condo is very well stocked and clean. Nothing was missing or lacking for our stay. Beach chairs, towels, snorkel equip, it has it all! Even has a backup generator for those island power outages. Very pleased look forward to returning.

I stayed at this property with my family and fiancée for a week, and have nothing but good things to say about it. Prior to our stay, the hosts were responsive to my questions, and proactive in making sure we understood the logistics of getting to the island and to the condo. Shannon, our greeter, was friendly and responsive. We had a slight issue with one of the AC units one evening, and it was fixed first thing the next day. The property was perfectly clean, the bathrooms, kitchen, and bar were well-stocked, and the unit includes everything you need for a day at the beach. As far as the location is concerned, it is a 15 minute HILLY walk to and from Cruz Bay. The walk isn't unmanageable, but it is a workout. You can rent a jeep for your stay, or just take advantage of the taxi drivers that the hosts recommend, and schedule a pickup when you don't feel like walking. If you're planning a trip to st John with a group, and want to stay close to town but away from the crowds and noise, this place is perfect.

Very nice condo, roomy, clean, beautiful view of the car ferry harbor, from the large terrace. Nice pool steps away. Convenient parking, on a slope.

Well stocked, everything as pictured. Good communication before arrival and seamless check-in. If you haven't been to St John before, the roads are steep in places. Just helpful to know in advance. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay at Mango Terrace. The condo was just as it described. Walking distance to Cruz Bays Restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend this place and even stay there again.

Great VRBO. Everything needed is included in the condo including beach chairs, coolers, towels, cooking supplies, BlueTooth speakers for the beach. Every room was immaculately cleaned. Showers are top notch. Porch is great place to hang out, even grilled Mahi Mahi one night. Parking on the 40 degree him was tricky the first day but got the hang of it pretty quick. TV has all the channels needed, watched a lot of the NCAA tourney while there. There are also DVD players if needed. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in St John. Condo was very nice. Views were incredible. Management instantly replied to me with any questions or concerns. Only drawback was Driveway was at a 45 degree angle which made it hard to navigate.

This property exceeded expectations. The views from the balcony were phenomenal and everything inside the unit was well stocked with lots of extra beach equipment. Would absolutely stay here on a future trip. Walking to town is definitely doable, but to be prepared for some extremely steep streets to get there.

We look loved everything about Mango Breeze. Size, location, views, amenities were just as described and everything we needed to enjoy an long vacation with 8 adults. Easily walkable to Cruz Bay and groceries, but loved having our car to hit all the beaches on a daily basis. Highly recommend

We stayed here for a week with family and it over-delivered! Really well appointed with everything you could need to enjoy St John. Everyday started and ended on the fantastic deck with lots of great furniture for lounging in the sun or shade. We were hesitant to get a condo at first because we usually rent a house but for just 6 people this place is very spacious. It’s also close to downtown and all the North shore beaches we love. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our time with 3 couples at the condo. Spacious setup with a large kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen with more then what we needed.. Plenty of beach chairs and backpack coolers . Yes, the hill is steep on the way back , but the walk into town is downhill. Cabs are reasonably priced and will pick you up at the condo. Back deck is amazing with plenty of seating. Incredible view.

My girl friends and I had a great experience staying at Mango Breeze. This was our delayed 50th trip that couldn’t have turned out any better. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated although we spent most of our time out on the patio. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook at the condo when we wanted something quick and easy. The information book that was left for us came in handy. It included a lot of the restaurants in the area with menus and prices. This was definitely handy when trying to feed 8 women. I highly recommend Mango Breeze. I will definitely stay there again.
