The host was quick to respond to messages. The property was clean and comfortable with a good kitchen (and washing machine). The property is located a short walk from train station and shops.

The shower had low water pressure. It took a long time to get hot water from the taps in the kitchen and the bathroom. It was quicker to boil water in the kettle!

No fan. Or air conditioning. Room was very hot at times.

Absolutely rubbish

Booked 2 flat 1 and 7 for 2 night stay only wake night too nosiy pub and restaurant no healthsafety dirty walls mold windows bathroom sink blocked Pictures shows different acutely not clean too noisy windows wont lock bed broken fridge door cant close they left blue spong under door .report soon arrival time gentleman said someone coming to fix all problems but no one turn up send all videos Pictures requested to change flat he said cant do any man not available no help atoll only chitchat and sorry all problems fix waiting all night he email me person been checked everything fixed lying no one turn up to see what we saying too dusty beds my disable start breathing problem asthma attack he said cant stay this place next we back home paid for two night stay only one no disabled access so many stair in description parking no parking there came back too son in to hospital this trip was totally waste of money accommodation is rubbish and poor mangment customer services we tell family don't book this place and reporting to council

It was lovely and quiet. Really cosy for a weekend away with my partner

Hallway was filthy snd hadn't been cleaned for ages. Windows in apartment were filthy. Bathroom had a horrible smell, when opened door to apartment awful smell. Opened window which then stuck wide open. Contacted agents, left message nobody ever came back to me. Had to get assistance from outsider. Oven tray full of grease

No satisfaction from agents whatsoever, adked gor compensation, sent over dome tea and coffee sachets!! The lock on the apartments front door is unsafe ad it is only a single key from outside, not deadlock and to lock from inside just a turn lever similar to a bathroom lock. As a female alone I felt unsafe, especially ad there were drug users and drug pushers openly buying and using outside the window

Location was good, right opposite morrisons too.

No parking, couldn't open the window in the bedroom and no fan.

Location was perfect, very clean.

The tv didn’t work, wasn’t connected to internet which it was reliant on, I had to watch tv on my laptop.

We were in a great location for using public transport, shopping for our requirements, and for visiting the various parks and other attractions. We liked the kitchen. It was exceptionally clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for preparing our meals.The bed was comfortable.enough for a good night's sleep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to people looking for a reasonably priced apartment in a great location.

Sorry I have to mention these things. The sofa was uncomfortable, and as a result, my partner suffered bruises on the back of her thighs.We both hurt our feet from continually tripping over its extending frame. Clothes hangers were provided, but no place to hang them. I opened the latch on the kitchen window and the top half dropped down and stuck fast in the frame. I got it back up with great difficulty.
