The cabin was a perfect setting to relax and enjoy some quiet time with family while honoring what would have been my daughter’s 40th birthday. The location is close access to town or the beautiful Little River Canyon. We had a very enjoyable time relaxing on the porch with the lovely swing and using the hot tub. The home is andorable and the little extra touches made us feel at home and welcomed. And the beds are so comfortable. Thank you for a great weekend

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this sweet little cabin in the woods !! The outdoor area is the best ! We saw many deer during our way to short stay ! Inside is just perfect for the two or should I say three of us , our pup was a welcome guest too !! The porch swing is the best spot !! We will return for a

This cabin was amazing with so many fantastic amenities. We loved the hot tub which had a towel warmer next to it and an outdoor restroom which was very clean and air conditioned. The location is very private and a perfect place for a honeymoon or family getaway. To list off a few more things we loved and thought were cool, they have a heater above the shower that basically turns the shower into a sauna, a VERY nice gas grill, and they left us with a very thoughtful welcome basket. The owners are very easy and welcoming to communicate with. We give it 5/5!

This cabin definitely met our expectations. It has such a charming feel to it. The host adds special touches to help make tou feel at home. The wrap around porch was where we spent most of our time listening to nature and keeping an eye out for deer.

The experience at this cabin was great. It was easy to book
and The location was close to the Little River Canyon Falls Desoto Falls and Down Town. The owners have thought of everything to make a great stay at the cabin. They provided a binder with a lot of information for things to do. It was very helpful. ll I can say is you will not be disappointed:)

When you first arrived you can tell the cabin and property are well taken care of. Wrap around porch was very nice to be able to sit under cover on the very hot days during our stay (two outdoor fans were a great touch to help keep you cool),hot tub was great to relax in also.
Inside of cabin was very well taken care of and clean, comfortable bed and great air conditioning.
A great place to stay if your exploring Little River Canyon National Preserve or Desoto State Park, both only minutes away.

We decided on this cabin as part of our family vacation. We have not been to NE Alabama before this trip, so we had no idea what to expect! We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We had a welcome basket and an abundance of information related to the cabin and things to do in the area. This cabin is extremely close to Little River Canyon National Preserve, which provided some hiking, swimming and other outdoor activities. My kids even became Jr Rangers! A few miles away is Desoto State Park, which was a great location for a little more outdoor fun. A short drive to the city of Ft Payne provided restaurants, and a few museums. Overall, this vacation was exactly what we needed and we were so grateful to spend it in such a quiet and clean space, away from the hustle and bustle of our every day lives! We are hoping to come back in spring or fall to experience the area during the season changes!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously, it’s very relaxing and quiet, the host is very accommodating and made sure we enjoyed our stay, it’s quite a lovely place and in a great setting, couldn’t have ask for more absolutely enjoyed our stay. 5 star all the way!!

We stayed at this cabin for a few days, wish we could’ve stayed longer! The wrap around porch was lovely, and with the porch swing added it made a great location to read. The inside of the cabin is cute and cozy. Our daughter loved visiting the goats and she even told them bye before we left. We went to Little River Canyon trail which is right around the corner from the cabin basically and that was awesome. The owners were very responsive and we hope to visit soon again. You’ve given us inspiration for our future cabin. Thank you again!!

Property was so nice and clean! Exactly as the listing described! Owners were hospitable and went out of their way to make me comfortable! Lit a fire in the fire pit for me my first night there and also made sure the porch light were on since I was coming in late! Area is quiet and beautiful so so closely located to all the hiking you’d want to do! I’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I had the best time at Spring on the Mtn! Immediately upon arriving we took note of the cleanliness and character of this cabin. Also, all the thoughtful "extras" provided to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. There was popcorn, mugs with hot chocolate packets, coffee, sugar and creamer and a very generous welcome basket with lots of goodies! There was a personalized note on the wall welcoming us to the cabin. This cabin was one our very favorite stays!

The cabin was super nice and in a quiet spot. Very relaxing and quant! We had a great weekend sitting at the campfire, grilling, and evening hot tub use. The cabin was very clean and the owners were helpful with questions throughout our stay.

We needed a quiet getaway to recoup from a very busy and stressful few months. This cabin was perfect for us to do that. We went to Little River Canyon to enjoy its beauty, and made a short trip to Mentone to eat at The Wildflower Cafe. We also did a lot of nothing, just enjoying the hot tub, cooking on the grill, and the cabin itself. Wonderful hosts and a very charming cabin!

We stayed for a weekend to celebrate my friends birthday. From the get go the host was phenomenal, accommodated early checkin, and greeted us with the most precious welcome basket. Comfy beds, secluded, hot tub was phenomenal, house was beautiful. Would recommend to anyone.

Loved the cabin! Left us a welcome package with all kind of goodies. Easy to find. Only 11 minutes to FT Payne AL to eat. Very clean! Equipped with all our needs. Perfect get away with grandsons! Hope to go back again!

What a gem! We thoroughly enjoyed the precious accommodations with this cabin! Minutes from Fort Payne and Mentone! Charming is an understatement! We especially loved the outdoor, attached bathroom and the hot tub! The hospitality basket was perfect and so thoughtful! Spotless and so cozy! I definitely recommend and will be back!

Deer feeding station and spot lights on property allowed us to see many deer and a raccoon from one of the the bedrooms and back porch.
Hot tub, fire pit, and a wonderful welcome basket, were provided along with many extras like popcorn, cider cups, s’more ingredients, bug spray, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and even dog poop bags.

We had a wonderful time at the Saw Mill Cabin. The cabin was clean, beautifully decorated for fall and a perfect place for a quiet retreat. The owners provided everything that was needed for a relaxing stay. The cabin is secluded, but also close to restaurants and shopping. Super location to visit Little River Canyon and Desoto Falls. While at the cabin, we enjoyed the hot tub and watching the wildlife.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this cabin! Antony and Natalie were outstanding hosts and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The welcome basket was so thoughtful! This cabin was just the right size and was impeccably clean! We enjoyed sitting on the swing on the back porch and watching the deer. And the steaks we cooked on the pellet grill on the porch were AMAZING!! I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

My husband and I (along with our little Maltese - Cooper) recently stayed at the Brooks Branch cabin for 4 nights. It was so peaceful and relaxing and we had a wonderful time! The owner was so very nice and accommodating! The cabin was super clean and had everything we needed! It had a cozy vibe and made you feel right at home and was decorated so cute for the Fall! My husband grilled out 3 nights in a row (he loves wood pellet grills). We have a Traeger but this grill was similar to the ceramic green egg, but uses the wood pellets fed from the hopper to the fire pit and it’s temperature controlled) The food was delicious on this grill!! Watching the deer come up in the front yard during the mornings and evenings to eat from the corn feeder was amazing; we were able to take lots of pictures of them. We will definitely plan to stay at this beautiful cozy cabin again! Thank you Natalie and Antony for your wonderful hospitality and allowing us stay at your beautiful saw mill cabin!! 😊

Brooks Branch is a surprisingly unique and comfortable cabin. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is remote and relaxing yet close enough to the attractions and shopping of the Little River Canyon/Fort Payne area. The wraparound deck and the fire pit area were great. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need and SO much more!! We are hoping to make a return visit (oh, and our pup loved the wooded walks and hearing the bullfrogs in the stream below in the evenings!☺️).

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. If I had my own, it would be exactly like this one!
We were thrilled to find such a nice place that is pet friendly and hoping future renters don't ruin that.
