Очень сыро в квартире, но это вопрос к качеству самого дома.

Great location - park opposite, shops and cafes 5 mins walk away, about 15 mins walk to seafront, 25 mins to beach. Large-ish road, but not too noisy. Newly renovated and very well designed. Good kitchen, supplied with just about everything you would need - even washing up and cleaning things and basic supplies. Lots of electrical sockets. Sofabed in living room separates into 2 adult sized beds - a big plus for us. Comfortable beds, good supply of hot water. Good internet. Free parking by park, just up the road. Host, Yuri, was fabulous. Answered all questions before our arrival, met us shortly after we arrived, specially brought us a Shabbat hotplate and brand new sheets and tea towels. One extra plus for Shomrei Shabbat - access is by stairs and regular key. Would definitely book again if in Netanya.

Don't be put off by the entrance to the apartment block, which is pretty grim- not well maintained and not very clean. Not much Yuri can do about this as it's an old block. However, once you get inside the apartment it is excellent.

Absolutely incredible!! The apartment is small, but so perfect for 2! Everything was superrr clean, the staff were so helpful and accommodating! Perfect location, a 10 minute walk to the huge beach... 2 massive smart TVs are such a plus, one right in front of the comfortable couch, and one infront of the huge double bed. (The bedroom was massive too!) It was like a hotel stay, but so much more peaceful and relaxing as we had the entire space for ourselves! A kitchen, washing machine was a huge help! Honestly made our holiday so amazing to have such a clean gorgeous place to be. Would definitely be back and definitely recommend!! Thank YOU!

The apartment is neat and clean. It is equipped with all that you will need for joining your stay (very comfy bed and sofa with good quality bed sheets, smart TV, wi-fi, Netflix, fully equipped kitchen and bath, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and iron board, washing machine and dryer combo). The beach is in close proximity (just down the road, there is a kind of deck with a cool viewpoint and a lift to get to the beach. In general is very well positioned, beach on one side, central streets with shops/markets (the pharmacy/chemist is very close) on the other side, park with a big playground for kids across the road. We really enjoyed our stay there. Also, would like to say TANK YOU to the manager of the apartment. He was kind, friendly, and very supportive. Had a chance to talk to the cleaning staff when were checking out, and got that pleasant feeling that during this stay we had a pleasure meeting and chatting with kind and friendly people. Which is, from my experience, important as well.

Can not find out what I did not like. But I would leave some suggestions for the owner of this apartment. It was our first time coming to Netanya and we were disoriented a bit in terms of the best places to visit etc. We had a nice chat with the manager about it and he guided us in this matter. But, would be pleased to find in the apartment some short notes about what this city can offer and maybe a little city map with the main attractions. We have seen something like this during our stay in Brasov, Romania and found it very handy.

We were the first booking of this appartment so we apprehend a lot but everything was just PERFECT. The appartment is SUPER clean, beautifull and we feel that they thought about each detail. The manager of the appartment was very nice, helpfull and reactive to all our requests. For SURE we gonna come back to there!
