The rooms were nice. Beds were comfy.

Greeting, breakfast,had to beg for two towels for the two other guests in the room. Room smelled really bad.

Took 30 minutes to find my reservation, which they couldn't find and had to price match another booking. No swimming pool, when I booked I was certain that the reservation included the pool and it did not. Breakfast was ridiculous, it was not worth eating. The breakfast was not worth the price paid for the stay. Also loud at night, prostitutes were outside my window. They lasted for a couple hours, dancing, shaking there bare bottoms, being loud. I took my family and was disappointed with this hotel setting.

Clean and well maintained.
Male staff was policing how many plates I can use when I ask for plates to eat dinner. He also claimed that my booking.com booking is not showing in the system, after waiting for several minutes. He said he will manually add us and somehow he was able to figure what we paid for the room and room type without me telling him. I am not sure it is the hotel’s mistake or booking.com’s but I have using booking.com for years without issue. The female staff was kind and very polite, I should note.

Newly build, everything still has the “new” clean feel. Location was ideal for driving to surf side - 15 min. Parking lot was well lit over night.
Motel set up - exterior halls. Bar across the street. over night heard what sounded like folks racing-tires screeching. Railroad near by so if that is an issue.. it wasn’t as annoying as “racers”.

It was clean.
The manager on site. We arrived at around 3 AM to check in. I did the reservation online. Upon arrival the light for open was on, there was NO ONE on site. Had to sleep in the car. Arrived at 6 am the lady checked is in but never once apologized. Upon check out, I check my banking app and noticed they charged me TWICE! When I confronted them about it they said it was only charged once although I showed them my app with the two charges! I also complained to them about how I was not happy about no one being there for us to check in. They completely ignored everything I was saying! SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE! As the matter of fact I should be getting a complete refund!

It was away from crowd but not far from beach. It was clean, easy to get too.
The only thing I would work on would be the free breakfast, was not much of anything there and it was not becasue of crowd. But thinking it was only because they are new. I will book again with them in the future for sure
