El hotel está ubicado a 5 minutos caminando del national forest Park, las habitaciones son grandes, 2 recámaras, el personal muy amable, en el front desk siempre teníamos excelente atención, no hablan inglés, pero se manejan muy bien con un traductor, así que amablemente nos explicaban el trayecto que podíamos hacer en cada parque como el gran cañón con el puente de cristal y la montaña de Tianmen (en estos dos no es necesario guia), pero en el Forest Park si lo necesitarás porque hay que tomar varios autobuses dentro del parque y teleféricos. 15 días previos a mi viaje, me contactaron por mail por parte del hotel para ofrecerme tickets de entrada a los 3 parques, eso fue excelente! Muchas gracias all personal de Avatar mountain resort !!

اولا : الفندق ليس 5 نجوم وهو 4 ، ثانيا : الاسم مختلف تماما عن الموجود في بوكنق ، ثالثا : الغرف ليست مثل الصور ، رابعا : بهو الفندق صغير جدا ولا يوجد موظف مختص للاستقبال و الموظف نفسه هو من يحمل الحقائب و يعد الطعام ، خامسا : لا يوجد مصعد في كل المباني و الشي متعب جدا جدا ، سادسا : يوجد الكثير من الحشرات و الضفادع

It is very pleasant stay for Zhangjiajie National Park, which is close to the park gate. Everything details were great. Room is large, nice pool and mountain view. the staff was kind and helpful, II give all my thanks to xiaolong ,helping us with everything that we need and organise our trips incredible.

The hotel is super with best location and mountain view.The hotel provides transfer service. The staff Xiaolong arranged the entrance tickets, elevator and cable car tickets before we came. They recommend the grand canyon and grass bridge that was nice experience(Must-see).Great stay!

Location is SUPER, 3-5 minutes walk from the west entrance of the park. The room was well design with a stunning view.The staffs were so welcoming and helpful with getting the tickets and transfer from airport. The food was really good( Beef hot pot and local bacon).

Perfect Location, The room was spacious and the view from the room . We had delicious food at the hotel with full view of the mountains.They have shown us foreigner tourist such great kindness and respect. Definitely We would recommend to everyone to the Zhangjiajie national forest.

The location is convenient and quite; it is few minutes by walk to the park gate, which has less tourist traffic The hosts were extremely helpful! Food was delicious - fresh cooked. We had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Goog Location, few minutes walk to park gate. the staffs were Super helpful and friendly, especially in helping us with arranging pick up, travel plan and book the tickets in advance. The breakfast was good, with many food variations.

Perfect location for the Park, 3 minutes walk from Park entrance.Views of Zhangjiajie mountains from window were amazing. Room was spacious and luxurious, clean and well designed rooms. Extremely friendly, helpful staff and owner for all travel needs,they help us booking the tickets and transportation, and everything we asked for.BTW, They provide very good food with avatar mountain veiw from hotel restaurant. We had great time here.

The location is best, very close to Park Entrance without crowded.where is super easy to get in for the park by few minutes walk. The hotel was located very near the mountain forest attraction. Breakfast provided was really delicious. The room is so spacious with beatiful mountain view. The staff and owner were friendly , helped buy our all entrance tickets that we wanted for Zhangjiajie trip, and we felt really well taken care of. I'll definitely be back again!
