It was a nice place to stay

The house wasnt smealling clean' the bath towels smelled like humudity, and to be honest the host manager was very annoying and felt herrased by the way he acted' there was several thing in the house dirty that i would not care or make it a big deal. His attitude was the worst feeling that make my stay unconfortable .

This house was absolutely perfect, needing to be close to 29 Palms and Palm Springs. It was perfect size for family of 6, very clean, with everything we needed. The backyard pool was so nice in the heat of summer. I highly recommend this house and host.

My family and I enjoyed this house very much! We saw quails and bunnies around the area. The pool was perfect, so was the air conditioning. Everything was so clean, there were no bed bugs, no fly's, and snakes. It was a relief they had pots and pans to cook because we didnt bring any. The location was a little far from the art museum and the hiking trail but the drive was nice. We got to see a sand tornato. I spained my ankle going hiking at Taquitz canyon on the way to the waterfall, but that didnt stop me from going. Once I reached the waterfall, i dipped into the water. It was cold as ice but very refreshing, since it was hot. This was a nice get away from home for a bit. Im so grateful to have permission to bring my dog along too. The only recommendation I would give the owner of this property is to add mind games like uno, jenga, or monapoly and maybe add a blender to make margaritas. Other than that, I hope to come back again next summer. Very grateful for the communication and the sharing of this home. Thank you again!

Tough to walk/bike to much but standout for pool/jacuzzi and out of the way vibe. In-garage parking a nice plus. Spacious place. Also lots of patio pool lounge space, including covered section for shade lovers.

Excellent place, feels like home, very nice and spacious. Had plentiful spices for any kind of recipes. The hall bathroom could use some updates.

Reason for rating property manage a little low was the guest host would not return our questions. In the end the actual owner replied & he was great. Answered our questions & assisted us with operation & heating of pool & spa which were great. Gave owner a few tips on how he could improve our experience which he was very receptive to. (ie. glasses & cupboard shelves need to be washed more frequently). The pool & spa were enjoyed tremendous by my adult grandkids.... Overall we had a great experience at this property once the owner took over with communication with us. Would stay for sure again!!

Our week long stay at Desert Hot Springs vacation rental was relaxing, comfortable and it replenished sore muscles from outdoor activities enjoyed in the area.
The host was very responsive and ensured our stay was as described! There is plenty of room for family and/or friends. There were Hollywood and local nostalgia in decorum.
The location is uniquely special for the notoriety of Desert Hot Springs and the discoverer of the mineral water pools, Cabot Yerxa.
The location was central whether venturing to Joshua Tree NP or hiking Indian Canyons.
We will certainly return soon!
