This was the worst experience i have ever had with a hotel. They tried to tell me that they had to cancel my stay and get me to do it there when I already paid. The room was very very nasty. I will never stay there again.

It’s look horrible outside. The room was sleep able but I had to do some cleaning. The crowd of people outside say and night. Loud yelling, the hot water in the shower was didn’t last not even 3 minutes. The beds are hard.

I have been studying at Budget in for several months and the staff here are extremely nice and do their best to make there customers feel at home. I had issues with the electrical outlets in my room but the manager put me in another room as soon as he had one available.

Put it this way , when ivwalked into the lobby , their was a lady complaining about someone pulling a gun on her , hooker hanging our on the balcony's

Its much cheaper than any other budget hotel in the area and actually liveable if you only plan on staying a night. If youre on an extreme budget and and need to stop for a break this one isnt the worst option. Otherwise, spend the extra money on a nicer hotel.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. It appeared the hotel was in the middle of renovations and mattresses were piled up in the walkway on the first floor in front of our room. The hotel was in a sketchy area of town and there was glass protection for the check-in staff which normally doesn't bother me for a 1-night stay, but I found an old needle hidden in the room. It was shoved between the headboard and the wall so I understand why the cleaning staff missed it. Shady people were in the walkway in front of the room all night and at 3 am a huge man knocked on my door and woke me up. I was glad the door had a peephole so I didn't have to answer it.

AC didn’t run high at all or cold, refrigerator did not work, microwave did not work… oops my bad, they might have but we couldn’t find out since none of the OUTLETS worked (yes we did check the GFCI bathroom one, reset and checked again).
Horrible place don’t bother.

Everything was good once they found our reservation which with a lot of places internet being done was understandable put they didn't give up they found it we were good to go

I have been staying at Budget Inn for several months now while I attempt to remodel my home. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The rooms aren't as fancy as some other hotels but the price is affordable and the rooms are clean. I would recommend Budget Inn to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Alexandria.

The only thing I could say that I didn't like is if I am paying for a room I should be allowed to have whoever I want in my room as long as there is a limit correct for a big room three they're three people get hit in that room the double beds for there's two beds two people to bed it should not matter who I have at my room if I'm paying for it

They were cleaning The pool and I was not able to swim and it was the sole reason I got the room and was not able to enjoy poolside anything. Very disappointing. So fix your pool guys

I understand it’s called Budget Inn for a reason. There are certain risks I allow myself to take to save some money on the road but this is a hotel you don’t want to stay at. The young man at check in was nice and showed me to my room navigating me past the tower of old dirty mattresses,but told me to keep my head down and not talk to anyone. The room was relatively clean but I had no blanket. The TV didn’t work and the toilet ran every 2 minutes. The plug by the sink also didn’t work. If you are a solo female traveller like me you will definitely feel unsafe. Expedia needs to do a better job screening their properties.

Booking was very easy. Can't beat the room for $38!! Only issue i had was i couldn't watch the game. The local channels weren't working at all. But hey you get what you pay for

If you need a shower and a bed then its okay. If you’re an entitled spoiled brat then this place is not for you. Go to the big name places.

The room itself wasn’t terrible but the property was a mess. Trash on the ground, looks like no one goes around cleaning the property very often.

Really Ain't like how the guy was persistent to make me check out. And how I needed to be out the wash room precisely 11 pm. Bui lost my money in the washer then I fixed the washer. Room was way better when I did it. Why dnt I. have my deposit yet?
