The Room was small but cosy and clean. The owner Michael was very nice and helped me to get around the city, gave me tips for visiting and even organised my taxi to the airport.

The room is next to a main road, so it can me quite nosy during the night.

I've never written a really bad review of anything, but here I feel like I have to. There's not much to like about the property and it is a mystery to me how it got a rating this high. The owner yelled at me in the middle of the night and in the end the owners tried to cheat me out of the money I already paid them.

The bedroom, much like the rest of the apartment, is tiny. Definitely not nearly 18m2 as indicated in the description but more like 8m2. It is on the 12th floor but very noisy. Noise from the street woke me up at 7am - combined with the noise of two TVs blaring in the apartment. There's dog hair everywhere, including the towels that are provided. It also smells heavily like dog. The area is not nice, especially at night you don't want to be walking there alone as a female traveler. I really disliked the apartment, definitely the worst place I've stayed in during several months in Perú. When I politely asked to leave early, it got really creepy. The owner Micaela agreed, but immediately got super intense, calling and texting me non-stop, requesting I don't mention this on Booking.com. As I got home that night, she was up WAITING FOR ME like I was a teenage daughter coming home from a party. She had put the key inside the lock so I couldn't open the door. In the middle of the night she was yelling at me, calling me ungrateful and disrespectful. All this because I simply asked to leave a night earlier (without mentioning anything about the state of the apartment). I paid her what she told me to pay, I hastily packed my things, called an UBER and luckily was able to check in at a hotel in a different area. It was after midnight but this woman made me so uncomfortable I wanted to leave immediately. After this horrible experience, the next day I get an email from Booking.com that this host has claimed I left without payment. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in terms of hospitality.
