Great location, classic beach cottage with well-stocked kitchen. The bathrooms and flooring are updated and new. the outside shower is refreshing. The front yard is huge and great for play if kids or teens like to toss a ball.

This rental was vacant for some time and it could have been cleaned better. Guest room mattress box springs need to be replaced, they are badly stained and old. Primary also needed an updated mattress and the owner obliged while we stayed there, which was so nice. Suggest adding a hose and hose reel and towel hooks for the outside shower.
