everything especially their customer service they cancelled our booking and said to us we should have humanity🤣Nothing. Terrible customer service, cancelled our booking 8 hours before check in, and their compensation was they would pay for a taxi to our next accommodation🤣 they actually cancelled it at 11.41pm at night leaving us with no accomodation and we had booked a boat from zanzibar and a safari to pick us up at 4am as they decided to prioritise other guests when they confirmed the booking with us two nights before even an upgrade!🤣 don’t book here go somewhere else so that you’re not left with no accomodation the night before AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! DO NOT BOOK!

The pool was great and the gardens were beautiful. It was also very close to the shopping mall which was handy.

We couldn’t get any water pressure on the second day and unfortunately couldn’t have a shower

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Baraka is a great person and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all hé know about the area. We had a great stay! Ofcoz
