Everything was great but would have appreciated coming into a cool house when it was over 90 outside. Took awhile to cool off. The beds were marvelous. The location was absolutely breathtaking

Our family got just what we where looking for. Quiet, great fishing right in the backyard, the owner allowed us to use her personal kayak and flat boat to fish the water. Great location. We had one minor mishap the woman was very understanding and way more then over accommodated us gor it. The name she decided to name this property is and was spot on. Also side note from google map veiw the house is shaped like a cross. Now i see why!!!!

Beautiful marsh front property. With $500 at target and home goods and a good cleaner- this would be an amazing property. As it was, lack of any welcome packet and poor communication from host left me with zero info on house and unable to get WiFi and living in unsanitary conditions. The house is in a deceptive local- a trailer park-ish- but the house is uniquely secluded and beautiful view. However- the cleaner is bad. Oven was so dirty it was unusable. Kitchen does not have essentials and pans and pots that are damaged and flaking teflon and rust. Not enough silverware, plates and not enough glasses. It was like a bad bachelor’s pad in college. Unsanitary conditions-mattress pad had stains that looked fresher/unwashed and couch was so stained with unknown substances that I had to use bed spreads from spare bedroom to cover it. Porch with an amazing view has months of pollen and dust built up and the furniture is worn down and filthy.Very disappointing as this property has a ton of potential if cleaned and stocked properly. I was grossed out trying to sleep in a bed with body fluid/stains on the side of the mattress/bed pad. TVs did not work properly. The lack of sanitary condition and the terribly under equipped kitchen (coffee machine didn’t even work) unfortunately put this on the no-go list for me. Again- great secluded location with beautiful view of marsh but no internet due to ineffective comms from management and unsanitary condition- was very disappointing.

we arrived at the property tried to use. The lockbox code would not open the lockbox tried to contact the owner through email no response went back to our friends house that we were there to visit went back over again tried to lock box again would not open my eight year old son looked under the floor mat of the front door found the key walked in House was 90°. There’s a plant growing through the wall in the master bedroom dead roach in the kitchen hot tub listed no hot tub worst overall experience contact is the owner got nothing but crickets for the money. It is a good place but they should be more tentative for guest arriving, at least set it to 75°, took over an hour to cool down the house. My wife was terrified because there was a dead cockroach when there’s one there.

Great views. Perfect for weekend getaway. Enjoyed the property! Will advise to bring extras (kitchen items, washclothes, etc.)
