When I'm in the QCA, this is my preferred hotel chain, and preferred location as it is convenient to where I need to be, what I like to do, and good restaurants etc. The larger refrigerator is a huge plus, the laundry onsite makes it convenient.

I was greeted and checked in immediately. I asked for an extra blanket at the desk because I reserved a room with a bed and chair. I have been sleeping in a chair for medical reasons. Although she didn’t want to give it at first, she did after I explained the situation. We went to our room, with two beds and immediately went back down to the front.
I told the attendant I was in the wrong room. She checked the computer, sorry, you ordered a standard room. No, I showed her my confirmation. We have the right to change your reservation because you ordered through a third party. The manager must have changed your reservation. WHAT?!?! Please explain this to me!!
We have stayed here before, the hotel is very clean, quiet and for the price extremely happy. HOWEVER, it shouldn’t matter how I reserve the room, it was reserved!
No breakfast here if you are looking for it. It is a microwaveable Jimmy Dean croissant for an additional $10 per person. Otherwise, they have Full kitchenette if you bring your own food.

Such a nice clean and cozy place!! Smelled like a fall candle as soon as you stepped inside the lobby. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spotless and newly renovated. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again! The little kitchenette was a also a bonus.

I am an Augustana college parent from CA. I have stayed in the quad cities at least 6 times. This was my favorite hotel! Very comfortable beds, large pillows, an AC that kept the room cool and a kitchenette with a full size fridge/freezer and of course a microwave. I did not cook but, it was nice to be able to have cool drinks and a place for leftovers. There was also a coffee pot and a toaster. Staff was very accommodating and made it feel like home. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel! Clean rooms and our room had a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator/ freezer. Not too close to things, but you could easily drive to fun places such as a brewery, cute coffee shop, and the Steel Plow restaurant!

In town for a softball tournament. This was by far one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in, and I am VERY particular. Staff was great! We will definitely be back!

Very nice hotel, new, clean, spacious room. The kitchenette was a great choice, all appliances are new and worked just fine. We had a special request, called to the hotel in the morning of our check-in and the staff was able to accomodate it. I recommend this place.

We stay in QCA a couple times a year visiting our son who goes to school in the area.
This is brand new, clean, fresh, affordable. Walking distance to a music venue and minutes away from downtown Moline, just a little further to Davenport and Rock Island.
Only downside really is that going in and out several times there is never anyone stationed at the desk. There is a default “call ‘0’ in the phone in the lobby for assistance” sign. Usually someone comes from around the corner after a bit, but I did have to call to check out. Nobody came, just asked my room # and said they would check me out.
People are friendly if you see them.
