Friendly reseption, well located. .

Small room with a maximum one night duration with minimum baggage. Poor design: there is insufficient room to sit on the toilet as it too close to the wall, the only way to sit is sideways. Light switches located behind the sliding bathroom door which is not attached at the bottom and flaps about. There are others quirky things for the visitors to discover for themselves, but the most serious is the fire door, at the end of the corridor is locked.

Property was well kept and comfortable. The host Jody was exceptional. Great attention to detail with our breakfast which was really enjoyable. Good location . Great communication by text with Diana. Will definitely be staying here again.

Easy access, comfortable & central to shops. Jodie was extremely helpful & nothing was too much trouble.

Room was quite small, could have done either more drawers in wardrobe & bedside lamp . The toilet was very close to the wall so not enough leg room.

Nicely set up room with all that's needed for a short stay. Ample space in the breakfast area with all the basic items ready to go and a great choice for cooked breakfast as an option.

One thing that might be useful in the rooms is a small side light potentially as the main light is very bright to turn on at night if needed - only a minor thing really as otherwise the stay was great!

A lovely guest house with the guest rooms in an annexe to the main house. Spotlessly clean. Very attentive host. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent for our short stay.

Beautifully clean, comfy beds, everything you needed in the room, lovely quiet private decking area for each room. My host, Diana gave me a warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble for her and she cooked an amazing breakfast.

Loved the excellent service. Jody could not have been more helpful and pleasant. breakfast was lovely and the rooms are very clean and modern.

Everything you need from a bnb for a visit. Host Jody was incredibly welcoming and ensured we had what we needed. Great breakfast. We stayed here for our company away day and all colleagues were very happy.

Second time of visiting wonderful clean quiet place to stay with amazing hosts and great location. Will recommend this place to friends and family.

There is nothing not to like!

Staff were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was varied and good. Pretty good location. Clean and tidy.

Although it appears to be a period brick house from the front the rooms are built as an extension out the back. They are pretty small and not built to a great standard (e.g. poor sound insulation, mirror with an inbuilt digital clock fitted the wrong way up!). For the price I expected a bit better, a pity as the staff were brilliant. The breakfast room is a nice space but wasn't available during the day/evening.

This is one of the best BnBs I have a ever stayed in and Jodie is the friendliest and most welcoming host I have ever experienced. The room itself was small but had everything I needed, it was clean, the bathroom was modern with an excellent shower and the breakfast absolutely delicious!!

For me the bed was quite soft and the doors to the other rooms down the corridor are quite loud (or maybe it was just the guests staying that night were quite loud I don't know) but otherwise it was fantastic!!

Joe and Diana are lovely people, very friendly, couldn't do enough for me. The children made it extra special, just hearing them play. This trip was for respite, relaxation and that is what I had. On my next respite I shall be back if they can fit me in.

The mattress wasn't what I needed but Joe tried his very best. I managed.

Lovely place to stay, very good location - within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. Very clean and comfortable room, we had everything we could need and the bed was super comfortable!! The staff was exceptional, very friendly and accommodating. We told them we were vegan so they made us a vegan full English breakfast in the morning, and they even put little packets of soya milk in our room to have with tea/coffee. They let us keep our luggage in the room, even after check out time.

The only thing I can think of is that we could do with some shelves in the bathroom, but it really wasn't a problem at all.

It was really great very clean and neat. Management were really good and very helpful kind people, nothing was a bother to them.

The welcoming attitude of Jodie and Diane who went out of their way to make our stay there really enjoyable. I would recommend this place without hesitation. It was clean quiet , friendly and near to transport links and shops.

Front of the house is in the process of renovation, so we weren't sure we had arrived at the right house. Tip: the entrance is at the left hand side. We understand better signage is coming soon!
