Pretty well kept for an older motel. Lobby and breakfast area were very nice. Good breakfast of pancakes and sausage, no eggs. Pool and whirlpool were great. Plentiful ice. Beds were average.

A few minor things like a noisy fan in the bathroom and a hole in the wall due to no doorstop on the entry but nothing major.

The rooms were old and smelled of smoke. Carpet was needing a cleaning.

Old and dated rooms. Breakfast was a 4 out of 10. Pool was way too HOT! Entire property was tired and kinda gross.

The room was larger than expected, and the layout was nice. It also had a patio area, fridge & microwave!

The sliding doors in the neighboring/upstairs units were very loud in the morning; could also hear thuds, coughing, etc from upstairs.

By the time we got to breakfast, it was all gone except a few things, even though it was still during the allotted time. That was the only disappointment of our stay.

Loved the location, the grounds, the pool, and the pet friendly factor. Would definitely book a room again.

Wished there was toast or bagels at breakfast. Also the toilet didn't flush properly and was a little low to the floor. But ultimately, everything was fine and we had a good stay.

They transferred us because of our little dog, and I didn't like the quality of the room. Stained carpet, and no microwave, although we were given the first one ever made, with missing support legs, so I put a towel underneath to help balance it. And it was first placed on luggage rack, but I knew that was unsafe. so I put coffee pot in bathroom, and microwave on table where the coffee was. Not enough quality electrical outlets with extension chords being used. And the soap dispenser by sink was empty. Worker came in and replaced it, but put in shampoo instead. Once we got a hold of him again, he did replace with correct soap container. We just think that we were given an inferior room replacing the one I reserved for, but still charging the same price. I didn't use the coffee pot cuz that was to close to the sink, but was the only outlet available.

The breakfast was good. Food was good. The employees were kind and courteous.

Housekeeping was nonexistent. I had to go to the front desk to request towels and toilet paper several times. They didn't come in our rooms during the whole stay. This was a major disappointment. Although I loved the amenities, the pool, the firepit, the free breakfast, and the lobby, I didn't think our rooms were what I had paid for. One room had a foul smell that we had to request a different room. This new room was what I expected to have. All in all, we had a very pleasant trip. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

Very out dated. The smell was horrible. TV didn't work. The bed was like sleeping on springs. Just gross. Breakfast was pancakes and sausage. We didn't eat there.

Pool was amazing and beds were very comfortable.

It had cobwebs everywhere. And a dirty towel still hanging on the bathroom door.

Rooms needed the carpets cleaned, pillows could have been better quality.

HOUSE KEEPING KNOCKING ON THE DOOR TO CLEAN AT 9:13AM, WHAT IS UP WITH THAT.

We booked this last minute and couldn't beat the price! The room was clean. A little run down but not that bad. Cleanliness means more to me.

The only thing I didn't like is, the room could have been darker. I'm a light sleeper. It was hard for me to sleep..
