The lady who works in the front always has an attitude and is rude. She picks and chooses when to charge a late fee and doesn’t knock before she enters your room.

The stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and properly stocked. The staff was cordial and polite.

The staff at this facility was kind. Otherwise the best thing I can say about this property was there were no bugs. The rooms were not clean and we're very outdated. I actually cleaned the shower and the bathroom before we use it. I would not come back to this hotel unless it was a desperate emergency.

This was a great place to stay while I was filming in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. It was quiet, perfect temp insider my room, was able to use an iron from the front desk. My only complaint was the ice is upstairs only, with no way for anyone who is handicap to access it! So it's not very handicap accessible.

Too much weed smoking people walking around noisy upstairs beds uncomfortable carpet needs replacement refrigerator not working

No hassle check in. manager even gave me an iron for my suit. No loud noises. No noticeable drug activity, prostituition or police presence. a peaceful 2 night stay. P.S. AC never got cold but the nights were cool enough with just the fan. Id stay another 2 nights if I had to.

It was clean and adequate for a night’s rest. It should be a little more updated as the furniture is old and moldy. But the bed and sheets were clean as well as the bathroom.

The room was not acceptable smelled like mildew there were pillows laying outside on the bushes tje gentleman at front desk showed me another room water leaking from bathroom light fixture I asked for refund and he stated he would process refund and I left

So i arrived at the hotel pretty late . I walked in the hotel lobby stunk so bad . Ok boom , I’m waiting at the counter and ain’t nobody coming . So i start looking and i see the worker sitting down rocking back and forth . So I’m like hello she get up taking her time . Didn’t greet or nothing . Kept tryna catch a attitude until i told her “ idk what’s yo problem but watch who yu talking to “ just was super annoying but the room was clean and the bed was super comfy .

The fact that it took 8 days to process my credit card!!!

The room was nice and clean. Oy thing i did not like is the noise from the gate from the storage site next door. The gate squeaked loudly every few minutes was annoying.

Customer service was awesome..room was kinda small and old. It was clean. Clean towels , sheets, and linen. Id stay again. No big breakfast only coffee

I was pleased the door key card worked every time. This has been an issue sometimes at other hotels. The room was clean and the location was convenient to my meeting. There were not loud noises during the night. The price was right.
