Läget var inte så värst bra. Man fastnar i köer oavsett om du åker hyrbil eller taxi! Men hotellet ska inte belastas för det utan så ser trafiksituationen ut överallt.

A very nice modern hotel. The staff are always happy to help. The food is amazingly tasty. The beds are very comfortable, we had a good night sleep. It was so good, we went back to stay one more night after exploring other areas in Albania. If you are staying in Tirana, this is the place to be.

Overall a nice hotel with modern rooms, friendly staff, and great parking. Breakfast is OK also.

Pretty remote and not so tourist tourist-friendly location, with roadworks nearby. Very few restaurants in the neighborhood.

جديد ومرتب ونظيف الفندق والاثاث جداً فخم وجديد والغرف كانت في قمة النظافة والاهتمام من قبلهم في التنظيف والترتيب والمداخل والمواقف حلوه واسعه وانتم بكرامه الحمام يوجد به شطاف ماء والفطور نوعاً كويس واطباق محصوره والاكل الابأس فيه ويستأهل التقييم وللامانه كنك في فندق 5 نجوم مو 4 وانصح اللي يجي تيرانا يسكن فيه ويوجد خدمات حوله وقريبه

The best hotel I've ever stayed. Great staff, great location. Excellent breakfast. The room was clean and very comfortable. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The hotel location is very convenient to connect with city and main roads. The room was very quiet, very comfortable, very neat a really wow 🤩 . Service and staff was excellent, extremely friendly and polite. The breakfast was delicious and well served.

It was brand new and very pretty. The food was delicious and we ate dinner there pretty much every night.

Since it was so new not everything was finished. The top floor where the spa will be was not done and we also didn’t have a fridge in our room or a door on the shower.

Staff not very friendly.

The hotel is brand new and nicely decorated. The breakfast was good. The driver of the shuttle was very kind.

The staff at the reception desk need a better training to improve their service skills. We had to wait at the airport 1hour to be picked up as the receptionist forgot to arrange for a driver. Another negative point would be that the cappuccino is not included in the breakfast price but you need to pay extra.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds super comfortable.

The jacuzzi was amazing. The room was clean and gorgeous. I liked everything about it and I wish i could stay longer.
