Bed - dipped in centre, resulting in a poor nights sleep x 2
Breakfast - not cooked as per order, sent back & returned still not as per order. Gave up at that point - not worth £10 charged.

A newly refurbished and fitted out hotel in an old bank that is just starting out. The first thing that stands out is that EVERYONE cares and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are superb and very comfortable and immaculately clean. The bathroom likewise.
The restaurant is small but the food is at the high end in terms of quality and presentation.
Proximity to Warrington Central Station makes it a great venue for exploring the wider area or as accommodation for work.
A great find and well worth considering.
The TV took some getting used to, however once explained by the hotel manager it was very easy to use.

The shower room was amazing and very clean but there was insufficient space to layout toiletries.
There was little to do outside of sitting in my room. Although the room itself was nice, there was insufficient space to layout some essentials and not plug near a mirror to get ready for work. The desk area is not suitable to sit to have breakfast, there was no space with tea/coffee, light etc to place the tray.

We loved the building itself, lovely features and it's been decorated really nicely and feels high end inside. The room and bathroom was lovely and again had great features throughout

Room was nice. The English breakfast (cost extra) had a interesting twist with spices - It tasted awesome, so much so when I asked the chef for the info, he gave me the details and a small bag of it!!!
Car park is only negative - could do with a little TLC

A lovely hotel which has been restored to its former grandeur.
It is beautifully decorated and so impressive when you enter the building
Lovely bedding, amenities and a great shower!
Very well located to the main train station and bus station. Shops and restaurants are located 5 mins away
The tv system as it assumes that everyone watches tv via their ipad, phone or via youtube

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Surprises around every corner - especially the beautiful venue hall! What an amazing breakfast, granola on another level. Great recommendations for eating out. Even the biscuits in the room were delicious 😊
Our room was lovely, just a little tight getting around the end of the bed.

Once again, another brilliant stay at this amazing new hotel. Right the way through check-in to check out, everything was just amazing. Staff are friendly rooms are really comfortable and modern. Location is spot on.
