The King size bed was horrible, barely slept that night. The center sank down like it was too old and broken springs. Tried sleeping on my side but just kept rolling to the center.
The shower also showed signs of mold on the ceiling and caulking

The facilities are dated. The room was clean, but the window needs a shear curtain in addition to the blackout curtain. When I'm in a room on the ground floor, I don't want natural light, but I don't want to be in full view of every passerby. I did not appreciate the air conditioner / heater unit. It's too noisy and made the room drafty.

Experience was good. We were late to get to breakfast but they was quick to accommodate and brought out food for the 6 of us that they had already put away. Staff went above and beyond. Price was proportionate for the room quality. The rooms were clean and comfortable for an overnight stay

We did not like the washroom as the bath needs deep cleaning and it was dirty. Breakfast was poor. There was a bad smell outside.

The front desk guy is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and sanitary, the transportation is convenient, and it has a five-star rating!

There were 15-20 people partying in the gazebo in the parking lot until about 3 in the morning. They were very loud, and we did not sleep well

It was convenient for our purpose. The room was clean, but nothing to rave about. Its an older building and you have to step over the raised threshold, which could be a problem for elderly or anyone using a cane or walker. Not sure if they have wheelchair accessible rooms.
I was also required to agree to a refundable $250 cleaning/damage deposit when we checked in! Makes me wonder what kind of problems they have had in the small town of Guelph, ON!

So many issues with this hotel.
No anti-slip in the shower, broken toilet seat, non of the locks on the door worked. No shampoo or soap in the room.

It was so average hotel, nothing was special for which i could suggest you to go there. Even the ac was too noisy couldn't sleep the breakfast was also so limited even seating space was just 3 tables

The room was in poor shape musty looking. There was a circular stain on the carpet by the sink, the bathtub had mold in it, the front door barely closed. The bed was nice. The air conditioning was out dated.

Please ensure you take a video when you check in. Be aware that the hotel has a high deposit of $250, which might be problematic. In my experience, I stayed for just one night and noticed two pillows on each of two bed. However, the hotel accused me of taking two pillows (one for each bed haha), charging me $70, claiming there should have been three pillows in each bed. They refused to reconsider their decision. This could be due to their negligence or dishonesty. I suggest avoiding this place, but if you must stay here, make sure to take a video before entering your room.

Plumbing fixtures are tired looking and need replacing but they work fine. Water temperature and volume good too.

Lights were not synced with wall switch which made the space uncomfortabe to get oriented to.
Door does not close properly on exiting. I unloaded my vehicle, left for dinner and found the DOOR OPEN! This made me fee insecure going into the room feel

We've stayed at many hotels and found this one to be the worst mostly due to the lack of cleanliness. The walls and rug were badly stained, the bathtub was black with orange calcium stains on the walls, other areas, etc. Not accessibility friendly. The BBQ is not cleaned and the hotel does not provide BBQ utensils.
On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and check-in was quick.

Property is old and outdated. Suite is a misnomer for the room we had. No chairs to for relaxing. Had to be on the bed to be off your feet!
