ik boekte via booking .com en daar staat inclusief toeristenbelasting en toeslagen maar ik moest die alsnog betalen tevens had ik verwacht dat het ontbijt geregeld en inclusief was ,daar moest ik ook weer apart betalen ,terwijl op de Booking site niets te vinden was hierover , dat viel mij ontzettend tegen

Everything about the property very good . The Location cleanliness and the host was very professional and considerate.

Everything was brilliant

Furniture is old; bed is uncomfortable. Bath shower was easily flooded which caused safety issues.

The location and maintenance, well kept, close to Steenwijk and Giethoorn. The infrastructure is also simplistic and in the woods, which gives that rustic feeling.

The people at front desk. I have travelled all over the world and do not take towels with me nor linens. After a flight of 9 hours, the last thing that you want to do is to go look for towels and linens. In a 3 bedroom cottage, the beds in only 2 bedrooms are made so I need to do the rest myself. Besides, I never received my refund on the accidental damage warranty because I left 3 coffee cups in the dishwasher and trash near the bin, while nothing was damaged. I will never stay here again and will not recommend this place. I have this feeling of not being welcome as they seem to rather service local visitors.
