Good location for the airport. There is a shuttle bus but it’s small (8 seats) so you need to book it. A nice sustainable option :)

Clean, comfortable, convenient

No hot water kettle in the room to make tea or coffee

The room is good, with a comfortable bed and shower. The location is 15 min from the airport and is easy to use the shuttle - which is paid 9 euros for picking up and going back to the airport.

The modern Electronic aspects of the room

Room could be more comfortable: Lack of Toilet amenities.

One female staff was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful upon my check in on the 7th of Sept. Even though the property is older, overall it seemed clean and is near the airport.

The majority of the front desk staff were very rude, unfriendly, and dismissive. Multiple times I had to “try” to get their attention for basic questions as they would not stop chatting to each other, as if they were immature kids versus professional staff. I only picked this hotel out of convenience to the airport but would not stay here again. Plugs for USB did not work in the room. The location is not ideal to stay if you plan to visit Paris, as the shuttle doesn’t run at all expected times, it requires a walk to the bus and to RER. The RER can be down leaving a $60 Uber ride each way and many times there are not cars available within proximity.
