We did not like this property.

They sent an email but the access code was blank so we had to call to get someone to give us the access code to get in the door. An alarm was steady going off but we finally got that resolved. This place smelled like a mixture of wet dog meets mildew. My son has terrible allergies and asthma and upon entry we immediately knew we couldn’t stay here. With the alarm going off, we did walk around to make sure the house was okay. My husband’s shoes were sticking to the kitchen floor even though it did appear clean. We turned off all the lights and locked the door back all while speaking with a Vacasa rep. I received a follow up phone call the next day but I have never received the full refund I requested. I kept getting emails all weekend as if I was a guest there but we told multiple reps from Vacasa and Booking.com that we did not stay and want a refund. Still waiting on the refund.
