It is lovely, clean and fresh. Nice, open spaces and good air-conditioning. Beautiful view of the sea and just a few mins walk to a lovely beach and restaurants. The pool is nice and the staff are super friendly. They serve a lovely breakfast. Definitely rent a scooter (which they can provide) but mind the bumpy roads and the sweet doggies.

My villa was a bit close to the road. It was ok at night but some noisy scooters pass during the day. There is currently construction across the road, but it’s not too bad and it’ll be more peaceful when this is finished.

В ванной комнате совсем нет полок. некуда поставить средства личной гигиены В душе был очень слабый напор В одном из туалетов сильно шатался унитаз Кухня вроде и пригодна для использования, но некоторое оборудование было испорчено тут уже минус не объекта размещения, а в целом локации. здесь нет практически ничего. если нужен магазин, то до него не дойти, только ехать. да и ехать минут 15, не меньше. поесть после 9 вечера тут практически невозможно. некоторые варунги закрыты и не работают без всякой причины. на вилле за доп плату предоставляют только завтраки, поэтому если вы приехали вечером, то останетесь голодными

Beautiful, clean villa, lovely view.

The ocean view was stunning, staff were really kind, friendly and warm. The pool was perfect temperature and a real highlight for us while on our honeymoon in Amed. The locals are really kind and welcoming too such as the owner of the restaurant next to the villas who made us some great meals and took my husband snorkelling too. Definitely hope to return and definitely recommend!

Menginap dimalam th baru 2 kali mati lampu dan lamaaaaaaa Harusnya usaha begini punya genset , tidak mengandalkan listrik dari PLN

La villa était très belle, avec une vue superbe. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de profiter de la piscine mais elle avait l'air top. La terrasse ouverte était très agréable et la chambre spacieuse comme il faut. La salle de bain était grande et confortable. Les hôtes étaient sympa et arrangeants.

La climatisation faisait une lumière bleue plutôt désagréable la nuit et les rideaux auraient pu être un peu plus occultant.

Villa neuve, très agréable, bien aménagée avec cuisine à l’extérieur. Chambre et salle d’eau très spacieuse. Vue sur la piscine et sur la mer. Irréprochable au niveau de la propreté !

Réveillé chaque nuit par des aboiements de chiens. Prévoyez les bouchons d’oreilles.

It’s brand new renovated in very nice quality. The rooms are bright and clean, I didn’t even used AC cause of the Alang Alang roof it stays quite cool in the rooms. The view is awesome and the sunrise stunning. It’s 10min by bike from Amed center and a few minutes to Japanese shipwreck (snorkeling). Will be back asap.
