We stayed at this beautiful home as a family of 12, six adults and six children. We all enjoyed the home thoroughly. The pool and patio area was even more beautiful than the pictures. The Sedona red rock hills background changed every day and evening. We all spent as much time as we could outside enjoying the pool and hot tub. The spacious home is furnished very comfortably. We especially appreciated that there were areas where the kids could gather while the adults were enjoying cocktails and conversation in another part of the house. We all enjoyed the game room. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. And I appreciated several communications that actually anticipated questions or concerns we might have.

The house is in incredible condition. The views from the pool and back patio are breathtaking. Well equipped with what you need. Communication was great with host. I would highly recommend.

Great family house!

This place is incredible! Came here with a group of 9 and everyone was blown away by how nice it was. There's plenty to do in Sedona but we found ourselves wanting to spend a lot of time at the house, which is a great situation to be in. Highlights: the patio/view, the hot tub, the well-stocked kitchen, the responsiveness of the host company. The pool is really nice too - it was cold in February but it's heated so it was usable.

We had a great stay and loved the surroundings. Such a beautiful place. We were very comfortable and the owners are very responsive to all the communication. We did have a mishap during our stay - my mother fell down the stairs by the master bedroom. It didn't have a handrail. The other steps by the bedrooms do have handrails but this one didn't. Thank goodness she didn't injure anything. Just some soreness and stiffness for a few days. This is a multilevel home so there are short flight of stairs around the bedroom hallways and entrance and patio. Just a cautionary note- if someone has trouble with steps. However, we still love the place and would stay again as it is a beautiful home, very comfortable and it has everything you need.

This property is next to none. Hands down, the nicest rental we've stayed it. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The home is well stocked with everything you need! The views and accommodations are incredible. The customer service is impeccable. Book it, you will not regret it!

The house was INCREDIBLE. Pictures don't do it justice. The views. The pool. The fireplace. The dining table. Everything is hand crafted, high quality and intentional. It's comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. It felt like home, not just a modern but cold house. On top of that, Mighty Tree was the best customer service I've ever had. They were responsive via text, proactive, kind and I was talking to a real person within minutes of needing anything at all. If you're looking for a place to stay, look no further! It truly doesn't get better than this.

We had an amazing week at this beautiful home in West Sedona! The views were to die for and everything was wonderful. Spending the week with our family & friends here was just magical!

We were here for a girls trip and the view from the backyard was by far the most epic view we have ever seen!! The view alone is why I could never stay anywhere else! Once you wake up to the magnificent rock formations right out your back door it would be impossible to stay elsewhere! The house itself is an immaculate palace and you will love all it has to offer!

If we could give 10 stars, we would!! We booked this location on short notice while my husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. It was such a blessing to be able to find this location and the hosts went above and beyond for us. This house is DROP DEAD beautiful, with the most amazing views of Sedona. The infinity pool and hot tub (you can swim in the hot tub!) are incredible, the views are unobstructed, the stars visible at night are jaw dropping, and very close to hikes in the area, restaurants and shopping. The hosts were incredibly fast in responding, any questions were answered right away, and they even had staff near by to help with any issues. On our last day we realized that our rental car battery died, and their staff was gracious enough to bring his car over to the property and helped us to jump the car. Like I said, above and beyond! We will definitely be planning another visit, and we HIGHLY recommend this location. You will not be disappointed!

Better than advertised. The house was fully loaded with high end everything. Property management company made everything super easy. I can’t imagine a better spot in Sedona!

This was one place I have rented where the actual place was better than the pictures on the site. Could not use TV but never had much time for it. Property is managed by a professional agency and not by the owner.

With the 3 million dollar views, this house was absolutely breathe taking. Our expectations and then some were beyond exceeded. Mighty tree was extremely responsive. House was equipped with everything and more than what we needed. Pool and hot tub were something out of a resort. We will definitely be returning to Sedona to stay here. This property exceeded our expectations! The views are absolutely gorgeous. The home is beautifully decorated, the beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything you may need. Where to begin! We had an amazing stay at the property. THE VIEWS! The pictures don’t do the home justice- it was the most stunning and peaceful backyard/pool area we’ve ever been to! You won’t want to leave! The manager was communicative with us throughout our stay and we will be sure to come back on our next Sedona trip.
