Отличное месторасположение. Рядом автобусная остановка и магазин. В квартире есть все удобства и свежий ремонт. Бесплатная подземная парковка огромный плюс!

Небольшой недостаток: рядом идет стройка и по утрам очень шумно.

Clean, spacious, comfortable

It's in a construction area and it's extremely noisy, we woke up every morning before 7 because of the noise from the construction site. Also, any info you might need from check-in/ check-out is available and very well organized on the property website, accesible via password, and you need to enter the site and log in every time - pretty annoying

Ausreichend Platz. Ziemlich große Küche. Es gab eine sehr detailierte Video-Anleitung für den Check-in. Tiefgaragenparkplatz inklusive.

Zusätzlich zur Video-Anleitung für den Check-in wäre eine schriftliche Anleitung gut! So könnte man gezielt nach einzelnen Punkten suchen. Um zum Apartment zu gelangen, muss man durch insgesamt 5 Türen (Lift nicht mitgezählt)!! 2 Hauseingangstüren (mit 2 verschiedenen Zugangscodes!), 2 Abtrennungstüren auf der Wohnetage. Schlussendlich die Wohnungstür (mit einem 3. anderen Zugangscode zum Öffnen des Schlüsselsafes). Zimmer und Bad waren zwar aufgeräumt, aber nicht sehr sauber. Alles wirkte, als hätte man vergessen, dass Gäste einchecken werden und in letzter Minute schnell, schnell das Gröbste weggeräumt und weggewischt. Schreibtisch war total verstaubt. Kein WC-Papier auf dem WC-Papier-Halter, aber immerhin jede Menge in einer der Schubladen im Bad. Für 2 Personen nur 1 Handtuch. (Aber zum Glück 2 große Duschtücher.) Die Klobürste war einfach nur widerlich!!! Gehört unbedingt ausgetauscht! Ein Duschvorhang wäre von Vorteil. Das Bett war nicht sonderlich bequem. Es war außerdem für die Proportionen des Apartments zu klein und zu niedrig. Da würde locker ein größeres, hochwertigeres, komfortableres Bett reinpassen. Außerdem nur eine Bettdecke. Bei der Größe des Apartments würde außerdem auch noch locker eine kleine, gemütliche Couch reinpassen. Und ein größerer Fernseher. In einer Zimmerecke stand ein originalverpackter Teppich... ?!? Viele Lampen im ganzen Apartment, trotzdem zu dunkel! Wohnungstür hat bei jedem kleinsten Luftzug geklappert. In der Küche Kapselkaffeemaschine vorhanden, aber keine Kapseln zur Verfügung.

Promotional images showed property to be just what we wanted, where we wanted it and it had the all important car parking space. Entered the property and it appeared to be perfect. Bathroom & kitchen area clean.

The studio appeared to be clean, however, on closer inspection it was incredibly dirty in the lounge/bedroom area, so much so that my husband & I had to clean the room. I didn't like having to film and send over footage to owner. I didn't like being charged €60 for a cleaning fee, when I had cleaned the studio myself. We accessed the building through the underground garage, and collected the keys from the drop box without any problem. It was only when we wanted to exit the building that we realised that we had been sent an incorrect code for the outer security door, the inner security door was broken. We were lucky to be helped by a resident of the building who explained how to get around the 'security' of the building, so we were not prisoners in the studio for the duration of our stay or locked out. Possible security issues here. The kitchen was very well equipped, all equipment to appear 'high end', but only one knife in the drawer. I think someone had taken their eye off the ball here. A bit dissappointing.

The studio apartment was very nice and modernly well equipped. With a fully equipped kitchen, a big fridge, a large wardrobe, and a really nice bathroom. I could really see this as an excellent option for people staying for a short or for longer time.

In the summer I would say that a small fan would be a nice addition to the room.
