The location actually is best and great

The check in counter actually not like a normal hotel , then credit card machine can not use, so payment problem for me. And the breakfast is really really not match the price !

Room was not serviced daily, and the water pressure from rain shower head was quite low/weak. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring ear plugs as there is moderate noise from the karaoke bar and traffic below.

The room is top notch, perfect location, friendly staff especially the big guy with spectacle and easy access to everything! Maybe can put some mini wardrobe/rack for clothes. Keep up the good work!

The interior design of the hotel and the room was superb and cool. The room and bathroom was clean and neat. The bed was comfy and big. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth using the self service machine/kiosk. Worth the price we paid. The location also next to the Sunway Pyramid. Definitely will come back to stay here again.
