Very good location and excellent service. We got an early check-in and room update. Staff were absolutely lovely. There is also a great outdoor area with the pool. Although we did not swim, it was very nice to sit at the pool bar. Hotel feels very comfortable and new throughout. We had a great view from our room.

Family friendly, great location. Awesome hospitality from the staffs there. Special thanks to Arvind and his team for making us feel so welcome! You guys are AMAZING!

Family friendly with great kids facilities

Room wasn’t cleaned properly, especially the shower room floor and walls- looks like between guest stay, the tiles grout not scrubbed and the dark stains can be clearly seen on the walls and floor and also near the drain. During the stay, sometimes the room was not vacumn

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for us, a family of 4. My 4 year old especially loves the swimming pool and the water playground. The staff are exceptionally helpful and go all the way to help the guests. The location was perfect as it was very near to the VFS visa centre in KL - which was my purpose for the trip. Rail station was right in front of the hotel too.

Tolle Lage, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Türme, der Hammer. Betten sehr bequem, alles sauber. Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück.

Wir war weg n an einem Sonntag dort, da war es sooo voll beim Frühstück und hektisch, dass war nicht schön. Am Pool war es auch sehr voll, keine Liege zu bekommen, die sind einfach zu wenig. Beim Frühstück wünsche ich mir mehr Obst, immer nur Ananas und Melone….. es gibt so leckere Früchte hier. Aber dass ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau, ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

beautiful renovated breakfast area. I've stayed here for now 4 times over the last 10 years. So great to see the new breakfast and dining area and lovely varity of food too.

Great property very clean and in a perfect location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Buffet was great and my kids loved the pool. Will definitely book here again.

The location, room was bigger than the Four Points in Chinatown. Breakfast was good, Nasi Lemak was definitely good. Most importantly, there's bidet in the toilet.

We added breakfast to our stay. Pastry was bland, if only they had more bread variety like shiopan, and hoping that they would add more variety of cold cuts to their breakfast spread. More fruits for the juicing station.

Location was good, walking distance to the KLCC shopping centre, breakfast was good. Hotel facilities were great, perfect place to stay with families with young children. There is a nice outdoow playground and lots of water slides.

Drinks and cocktails by the pool were average. and the only thingI wasn't aware was that my golden membership benefits of Marriott Bonvoy weren't applied.

Звукоизоляция плохая, персонал местами был не опытен (на ресепшене), подушки меньшего размера, те что есть большие слишком, было не комфортно спать. Время завтрака в брошюре написано до 11 утра, по факту до 10.30 - хотелось бы исправить это.

Hotel zlokalizowany blisko centrum. Do wież Petronas spacer zajmuje ok 10 min. Pokój duży i wygodny z widokiem na wieże. Łazienka duża i czysta. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Bardzo duży wybór dań na śniadaniu.

Eine Kleinigkeit: Man sollte seine Gäste nicht mit einer Trillerpfeife am Pool auf Fehlverhalten hinweisen, sondern sie ansprechen ; ) Aber ich denke, dass haben Sie selbst gemerkt.

The breakfast wide variety, the facilities especially outdoor park, mini waterpark, kids club was very lovely and my daughter enjoy it to fullest. The staff were very friendly especially I'm Malaysian and of course I'm speaking Malaysia, they love to speak Malaysia with me. Some other hotel around KLCC their staff refuse to speak Malaysia eventho they are Malaysian. The staff very lovely attend all request from me and my children. They are very helpful and kids friendly. Thanks Four Points by Sheraton KLCC.

The location was great, it was accessible to various public transport. At the front of the lobby entrance is the GO bus stop that goes to all the tourist spots around KL so that was convenient because traveling by car is not recommended. It is also 5 minutes walk from KLCC. The facilities are amazing for kids. The paradise trail was really fun and the swimming pool was huge and the staff were friendly and attentive. The view from our rooms framed KLCC beautifully. Not too far, not too close.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety, and didn't change much for different days. I love the salad bar and fruit snacks and muesli/yoghurt area. It had a lot of options for healthy food, but not so much on the non-healthy food. The food was good, just lacked variety. The gym also was subpar. Had limited equipment. I understand that the gym and kids club are relocated for renovations, so I believe in the future the gym and kids club would be more accommodating.

Breakfast spread was ok not too bad. The main attraction is actually the pool (which was amazing) - thats what we came for. Shower pressure was great and bed was comfortable. The staffs were professional and accommodating. I ordered food from the pool which was salad, fries and matcha latte. Salad was good and I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant nailed the salad. Other than that, its a standard hotel - a bit on the smaller side.

The pillows were smelly and stuffy. I did address the issue at the front desk and they followed up with an email extending their apologies. Good job on that. Hopefully they clean and air the pillow properly before the next guests. Price wise - a bit on the expensive side considering as the room is smaller. But the pool facilities made up for it.

It’s new comparatively than other hotels.So, clean, polished which I like. The breakfast was good.

It's nowhere mentioned, including here in Booking, that they have in their policy mandatory deposit. I do not pay deposit as after that the money are returned after month. During the check in lady explained to me that when I departure they will call the bank and realise the deposit. During the checkout, another lady explained to me that it will take 14 to 20 working days (that I very well knew). Inaccurate attitude, and delusion. Why can't they withdraw money from the deposit? Why is there no mention of this anywhere, including booking.com . Why can't I pay cash or by card if I order food, etc Hot water is questionable. Its either super hot or cold. They have forgotten our luggage during the check in so I had to search and call where it is.

The pool is huge and fabulously .. there are 3 slides for us to enjoy.. me as adult also had so much fun there Comfortable room, such a pleasant stay, staffs very friendly with warm smile. Love the environments Near to sembang matic where you can have dinner there by local food trucks

the pool is not heated so its kinda cold.. its not too cold but still cold if youre not moving 😄 The pillow in the room too soft.. woke up with stiff neck. Pool area foods not so much variety.. its would be great if have nuggets, chicken wings, beef pizza etc for the kids The aircon temperature not so cold during the night till 6am. We called reception and they repair it.

what a beautiful property!!! the staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful, top tier service. loved our room so much, amazing view, big bed, the best shower i have ever had, really clean. perfect location, 2 mins from the petronas towers. amazing pool with slides and really comfy sunbeds

the only thing i can think of is that the pool is mainly shaded all day, and the price is very high
