Place was spotless and the perfect fit for our 3 couple group!

Sara is a great host and was always available to answer all my questions. The house was a great spot to relax and recharge especially by the pool. Definitely would be coming back!

Great time.

The property was very nice. The large dining room table was great for family meals and playing games. The bedrooms were comfortable and well stocked with extra blankets and pillows. Each bedroom had a television and the kid's room (bunk beds) also had a box of toys. Lots of thoughtful small touches available on the property made our stay very enjoyable.

This property is AMAZING. One of the few rentals I’ve ever stayed in where the house was even better than the photos—it was extremely spacious and was great for our little family of 3, but it would comfortably fit many more people. We had relatives over for dinner and it was comfortable. The house is well stocked with everything you might need, especially the kitchen. We saved a ton of money eating in. It was also very baby/child friendly (high chair, kids dishes, some toys, and pack’n’play!). My grown up kid (husband) really enjoyed the arcade table. The pool and yard were clean and well maintained. We were excited to find that they had a bunch of floaties, towels, and even beach items including a cooler to borrow. The neighborhood is awesome, I don’t think you could ask for more. One block walk to a big breezy river that’s beautiful either direction you go, but if you head North you’re easily within walking distance of Cocoa Village. There are so many fun shops, bars, and restaurants to explore, and our hosts even left us a gift card to a great nearby coffee shop. It can be tricky finding character and culture in central Florida and proximity to this area was a huge perk for us! We were nervous about our first cross country vacation with a new baby, and our hosts + this beautiful property made it extremely easy. Clear and prompt communication. 10/10 would recommend!
