The location was right off the highway. I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very nice.

The hotel was brand new, so everything was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we could control the temperature of the room.

I know this place can advertise as a suite due to the full fridge, 2 burner electric cooktop, and microwave, but other than that, it is bare bones. We got a towel and wash cloth each. No dishes. No coffee pot. No phone. No alarm clock. It was quiet until Friday when it filled up then the walls were paper thin. One morning we had no hot water until 645am and we needed to be somewhere early. The bed was a metal bed stand with a mattress on springs only so every time we got in bed it slid across the floor and when we moved it shifted. We heard the people a floor up and am sure the folks below heard us. Something was messed up with the light switches too. In order to turn on the kitchen area lights you had to turn on the full room lights. Definitely some improvements can be made.

The hotel & rooms are very new. so new in fact that the towels and linens still had their quality control stickers from the manufacturer on them. The room was very clean, i suspect we were the first people to use the room at all. The bed was conformable, but squeaky with hard floors and no insulation between the floors so the person dragging the chair across the floor at 3 am was heard like it was in our room.

we arrived shortly before check in time of 3 PM. The front desk person advised we could not check in until 3 because the rooms were still being inspected and she didn't know which rooms were available for check in yet. Not a problem, we went and waited in the car until after 3PM. When we went back inside, there was a considerable line because they still were not checking people in. Once we were able to check in (about 45 min later) they mixed our reservation with a similarly named guest. In order to alleviate the situation, the manager took us to the room and advised she would have the keys brought up to us, which they did about 45 min later. A few hours after that we got a call from the front desk advising we should have check out today, we stated we just checked in a few hours ago so the front desk apologized and hung up. The next morning, we went to check out and sign the correct paperwork that was never presented to us at check in and they ended up over charging us from what was indicated on the Booking website for the stay. Since it was only $20 difference, we didn't bother disputing it given all the problems at check in.

Everything. Horrible bed, dealing with billing issues still. Over charged, still hasn’t been fixed

Easy access from highway (95). Service stations and food drive throughs nearby. The property itself was quite new so rooms were clean and the window was able to be opened for fresh air (see what I didn't like).

Check-in was very tedious. I believe the property had just opened and the receptionist was new and didn't seem to know how to handle check in on the computer. I waited 45 minutes before I was given my key. The unpleasant (to me) odors of paint, flooring and furnishings were very bothersome.

Beds were not as comfortable as I like. Had trouble sleeping. But I am 68!
