The one and only good thing about my stay was the location.

No solution was given regarding the internet, then I was told to use the neighbors wifi, which only worked when the neighbors weren't home. The pool wasn't available. The first person I spoke to regarding no privacy in the second room due to missing blinds didn't even reported it and 24 hrs later, I was still waiting on assistance, I then called back, and got some assistance from María and she followed up and did all she could but didn't really got a solution, I was at this location for almost 3 weeks without any internet service which was very necessary for me to work and also something that I was paying for as it was included as part of the service, I ended up loosing my job and the whole thing was just awful, specially when I reached out to everyone that could offer me a solution and they decided to ignore. The difference between the photos of what I chose and what I got was night and day. The exterior photos were accurate. The floor I was on got flooded, and I was worked up at 2am so someone could verify that my unit wasn't the problem. What was even more frustrating was that I had to stay there even after requesting a cancelation and refund on the second day.

The only thing I liked about this stay was the location. It is in Coral Gables which is a super walkable area with lots of restaurants and bars. It is also a short drive to Coconut Grove which is a great neighborhood as well.

The WiFi did not work for the entire duration of our trip - we had to use hotspot. One of the showers was broken and our friends had to go through our bedroom to use the shower in our bedroom. They advertised a pool but the pool is demolished/under an intense construction process. None of the BBQ's and the fire pits had enough propane to get it to work. The Tucker team (property management) kept saying that they will dispatch a team to help get these issues fixed but during our stay for 4 nights and 5 days no one showed up. It was extremely inconvenient and absolutely not worth the price. Moreover, they advertised the interiors to be beautifully staged with hardwood floors, and our unit was super old, had a strange smell and did not have the new and clean furniture they advertised with in the photos.

Ótima localização e muito bem limpa, com organização e conforto . Os atendentes foram precisos nas orientações e sempre muito eficientes no atendimento.

Seria perfeito, se um dos quartos tivesse 2 camas de solteiro. Faria a estadia mais confortável para famílias.

I liked the security of it. I felt safe. It was a beautiful place. I liked that it had a parking garage too. The pillows weren’t those cheap hotel quality. They were more firm and comfortable. It was close to the airport and where I had my surgery.

The pool wasn’t open. It was a challenge figuring out how to get in the place with so many different codes. Codes to the garage, codes to the entrance and elavator, then to the apartment. The bed was really hard. Also..FIX THE DRYER IT WAS SO SQUEAKY THAT I COULDN’T BARE TO DRY THE CLOTHES.

Un par de detalles de mantenimiento que se deben hacer como por ejemplo la puerta de vidrio de la sala no se puede hechar llave, la puerta del baño del máster no tiene manija para jalarla, cosas como esas son fáciles de atender y ayudarán con la experiencia.

It was a lovely place ! Perfect location in coral gables . Walking distance to everything.

Only think was the keypad , it would take time to turn on and sometimes trouble . Wish the pool was available .
