Great apartment, great location, great host.

We had a great stay. The apartment is clean and smartly decorated. Ken was fantastic with communication and check-in was smooth and easy. This is a great location in Dubuque. Walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, etc... Jubeck Brewing and Oolong Asian Cuisine are both right there. We recommend both places! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dubuque.

Property was clean, beds were comfy and it was nice how things were labeled through the space to easily find everything. Free off site parking was nice too.

We were looking for a 2 bedroom place to stay the night before dropping our daughter off to college and this was the perfect place. Ken met us in the parking space to ensure everything was in order. The apartment was very clean, everything we needed. We even left our fully packed rooftop and car overnight and it was not bothered at all. We’ve already booked a similar property, same host for September!

A great oasis in the city, The unit had a peaceful, uncluttered feel, yet it had everything we needed while, including extra little touches. Two spacious bedrooms, TWO bathrooms, and a nice, bright kitchen and lounging area. Great communication; patient with my questions.

This was the cleanest most organized place I have ever rented. From detailed instructions on how the tv/remote works to where extra supplies were if needed took away the guessing game that happens often. My son is looking to attend Loras College so I will definitely check availability here before booking elsewhere. Thank you.

If you want to walk downtown, this is the perfect location, close to everything. Ken was super responsive and so kind. the apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and nice. Beds are extremely comfortable!

My wife and I attended a wedding just down the road and this was a perfect alternative to a basic hotel. The place was unbelievably clean and well taken care of. Ken is a fantastic host with great recommendations as well. When we return, we will definitely be looking at his place to stay as a first priority!

So clean and cozy. The beds and couch were so comfortable. Exactly what I needed for my relaxing get away! Close to restaurants and activities. I enjoyed the welcome brochure that also told you about the owner and his story.
Didn’t get a chance to check out his restaurant! But will do so next time!

Great place to stay for a quick visit to see our daughter at Loras College. Great location, very clean, and wonderful communication with the owners.

Nice apartment, very clean, comfortable beds, and a TV remote that actually worked! The Farmer's Market was in the neighborhood on Saturday morning, an unexpected treat. Ken was very helpful, great communication, and responsive to our questions.
