Newish inexpensive McHotel. 1.25 miles off the end of the Burlington airport runway. F35s lifting of at 9:30 a.m. sounded like they were flying through the hotel not over it.

The facility is modern and clean.
The downside is that breakfast is served only until 9am.
Why?
In our present trip we have stayed in 12 hotels so far and most served it until 10am while the rest served until 10:30 or 11am.

Traveling for business, I found this to be a great hotel - super close to downtown but much less expensive.

The best part of our stay was the check in experience. Because of some confusion on my part and the apostrophe in my last name, I ended up with two reservations for the one night, and I was charged for both. The two employees at check-in couldn’t have been nicer, and they went out of their way to get everything straightened out. They even managed to refund one of the charges. Our room was great. The hotel itself seemed to be pretty new, and everything in our room was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

A very nice hotel. Able to walk to restaurants. Close to the airport. The only complaint was the floor was dirty so our socks got very dirty.

Very nice room. Breakfast was average. Difficult to communicate with housekeeping and dining staff due to their lack of understanding English language.

It was a quiet place near a wonder grocery store and eating places. Quick drive to UVM and downtown Burlington. Reasonable rates.

The hotel was very nice. My only complaint is that hotels.com did not inform me about the nightly fee for traveling with my dog.

The hotel seems to have been renovated or built recently but the elevator feels very old compared to everything else. The room was just ok, but we will not be coming back because of the noise, we spent 2 night here and were not able to have a good sleep.. even considered moving to another hotel. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the tv and conversations from other rooms. Every time a door opens on your floor, no matter how far or close it is, it seems like they’re closing it right next to you. The fan of the A/C unit is also loud. The alarm clock is set to 7am! we got woke up early after a restless sleep. Stay here only if you’re able to sleep with constant noise.

I wanted a clean room in a pet friendly property and I got that with a people friendly staff as well. All better properties ought to emulate this place. It is no frills in lots of amenities but top notch in what a traveler such as me desires: a very clean, safe and quiet property with a friendly professional staff who know what hospitality is supposed to mean. Parking was easy and on site with both outside and indoor garage spaces. The room (a King Suite) was immaculate and spacious with a comfortable bed, and the room smelled simply fresh with none of the perfumed odor from cleaners or air fresheners that I have encountered at some other places I've stayed.

It’s a beautiful, new hotel.
My only issue was that the noise from the room above was very loud due to the laminate or tile flooring. My family on another floor had the same issue. Nothing you can do
