The staff were very accommodating. The place was clean and they had 24hrs coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cold water free in the lobby.

Location is good and the staff who welcomed us (Harry) was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The Breakfast served was amazing and fresh. I appreciate the hard work by the staff coordinating the breakfast, they made sure that even those who came late got the food. The complimentary free coffee was great. The housekeeping staff was friendly and hardworking too. Overall, the facility was clean and the housekeeping staff was super friendly and worked hard. All our questions were answered and we enjoyed our stay here.

I felt a bit awkward at the reception when the old white woman chose to not wish me and my husband (mostly because we're brown) every time we saw her, she deliberately tried not to see us. She was happy to greet and wish other guests. Sad that we experienced this, however, everything else was fine.

The room was confortable and clean...the beds where confortable enough. The windows opened a bit and were not fully locked in. We requested a late checkout, they gave us until 1pm..

Where to start. Stayed on August 9th-10th 2023. 1. Price, I paid $527.00 for ONE night, there was a convention in a place that's normally 250-300. 2. Check in, they could not find my booking.com prepaid reservation, it took one hr. but the lady, who was very pleasant and nice finally figured it out. I was told the incidental deposit was $30.00, gave them my debit card and all set...(so I thought) 3. The main hallways smelled musty 4. Next morning, at 9am, all of the sudden a jet plane is roaring over the hotel, and woke me and my wife up, not in a nice way either. There was also an airshow going on in a nearby airport (obviously I'm not faulting the hotel, but I'm making a note so that you as a prospective guest can be informed of such things) 5. Checkout......we looked at my bank statement and that $30 charge for the deposit? They charged me $500. When I complained I was told that the system charged us because they hadn't received their payment from booking,com but not to worry that they would fix it.... I said ok and left.... the next day I check the bank and instead of refunding me the $500, they hit my card again for $550!! now I'm out $1050!! I called the hotel and they said that they would fix it....next thing I know they refund the original charge, but only sent $495.00 and the second charge is still there. At this point I called my bank and disputed all the charges to get my money back.....I do NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Disappointed the pool was not open!
