Clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful view. The only downside was the pool was under maintenance.

Staff was SO kind and friendly. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. I was really impressed! The “sofa bed” was actually a twin size daybed—firm but comfortable bed. We will be back, y’all!

The hotel is absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very comfortable. The location is fantastic as well, easy walk over the suspension bridge to DT Waco, tons of shops and restaurants. The pool area wasn't quite finished while staying but it looks incredible. Nothing remotely negative to mention, definitely would recommend to all!

This is a hidden gem. Beautiful new hotel with sophisticated decor and intriguing artwork. Absolutely top-notch service, dining, and comfort. Truly has the "wow" factor. Just as nice as any five-star hotel I have visited in metropolitan cities. Personnel are exceptionally helpful and intelligent.

We stayed at the Cambria on a business trip to Waco. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return again when we’re in the area.

New hotel, very modern but done cheaply. Staff pleasant, bar area nice. Room large but with cheap furnishings and very little bright lighting, shower/tub old fashioned for a modern hotel. Only issue really was the ever present smell of poo in the room in the afternoons and through evening. Amazing to think it’s assiciated to The Hotel Indigo which is a superb hotel. If you’re easy going, then could don’t be put off.

We were very pleased with how pretty and comfortable the room was. Enjoyed the BLVD restaurant for brunch.

No breakfast included. Neat modern hotel with a piano bar scene downstairs. Friendly staff. It was a busy night so I asked for assistance and it took a while. Comfy bed and good shower.

Had a very nice stay at this property. Lobby is modern and brightly lit. Our room (2 beds) was spacious and clean. Restaurant is very good.

Such a pleasant surprise to have a wonderful hotel stay, and the staff service and attention to guests is best we've seen! We'd highly recommend staying at the Cambria Hotel Waco Univ Riverfront, and The BLVD Steakhouse should not be missed! Neal Simpson's wine selection, his team and the Executive Chef Tomas Pratt, who's culinary creations are amazing, and they make sure that you will want to come back again and again!

I like the newness of the hotel and that is was clean. The restaurant was excellent. There is not an ice machine, which was inconvenient. I would stay at this hotel again if visiting the area.

This hotel could be nice if it was finished properly. There is still construction occurring at the hotel and the area directly around the hotel is under construction and developing. The lighting in our room was a challenge - it was very dim and there was an entire light missing from the coffee bar area (wire hanging from the ceiling). The beds have under bed frame lighting but one of them started flickering quickly after turning it on. The bed and pillows were pretty comfortable, but we struggled to cool the room without running the AC all night (and despite cool night time temps). The staff were kind and considerate.

The restaurant was nice but a bit over priced. There was no access to the pool and that was a big downfall on a hot sunny day

Nice hotel with very friendly staff.

I really liked this place. The room was nice. The shower was nice, I liked the big bathroom. Went down to the steakhouse for dinner and drinks and everything I had was good! Piano man playing was enjoyable to listen to as well. Super close to the down town area which was what I was there for so that was really nice too. Will def come back!
