Nice modern hotel with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The room is minimalist, the pool was nice to relax in and the staff were very accommodating. They even helped arrange a tour for us the following day to see the whalesharks and canyoneering. We saw turtles from the hotel too which was very special. This hotel is a great area to base yourself if you wish you do whalesharks! :)

Bathroom a bit small in bedroom, and very big steps to climb to the rooms and no lift so not ideal if you have reduced mobility. Not much else to do in the area so taxi is a must.

Die Einrichtung und das Ambiente war wirklich schön. Der Pool direkt am Meer sowie auch die Terrasse, wo man frühstückt ist richtig schön. Abends gab es immer live musik die allerdings manchmal sehr laut war. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren zwar sehr klein aber vollkommen ausreichend. Das Essen vom hoteleigenen Restaurant war auch sehr lecker.

Um das hotel herum gab es nicht wirklich was, aber man kann mit einem tuktuk innerhalb von 10 Minuten beim nächsten seveneleven sein, wo auch andere Imbisse usw sind. Das Frühstück war okay, hat seinen Zweck erfüllt, aber kein Muss.im Badezimmer kam immer wieder ein müffelnder Gestank über Nacht zum Vorschein, weshalb dort ein extrem riechender klostein angehangen war, den wir allerdings noch schlimmer fanden. Das Bad hatte aber ein fesnster, das wir geöffnet hatten und somit ging es denn wunderbar.

Les locaux, la vu, le restaurant l’emplacement et l’accompagnement aux requins baleine franchement ça c’était vraiment top pour le coup sans vous prendre 1€ de plus, tu as même la possibilité de faire du snorking au pied de l’hôtel et apprécier les tortues dans leur milieu naturel sans aucun touriste… et le personnel vraiment au petit soin Ah j’ai le siège massant gratuit vraiment dingue

On est arrivé à 17h la chambre que nous avons réservé n’était pas disponible avec vu sur mer résultat on se retrouve dans une chambre avec une mini fenêtre pas de compensation, financière pour le désagrément ils nous on changer de chambre le lendemain…

Basen z widokiem na morze, wygodne łóżko, ciepła woda w łazience, śniadanie było ok, przyjemna kawa, w holu darmowy fotel do masażu. Tanie tuk tuki w okolicy.

Było kilka mrówek w pokoju, ale dla Nas to nie problem. Nie ma windy, a schody sa wysokie. Poza tym minusów brak.

Clean and comfortable rooms equipped with small fridge, safe, desk and chair and air-condition. Amazing view at the seaside, nice rooftop, massage chair free to use.

Noisy neighbourhood, WiFi not working most of the time, no vegetarian options for the breakfast available so we had to negotiate with the stuff every morning.

The staff was EXCELLENT, like the best in the business. Kind, warm, welcoming, accommodating! They answered all my questions, went beyond in making sure we had answers. They were quick on returning emails that I sent them from the USA. Breakfast was fantastic. Again, the staff in the restaurant were so kind to my kids and actually were the reason why it was hard to leave. When I needed to do laundry, they were on top of the sending out and quickly getting it back. They had a New Years Eve party. Our family was so tired at 9pm, that we went to sleep though, haha! It was nice to have that available for the guests, however. The facility was beautiful, clean and organized, but read further ahead on details of that.

Two important things: (1) The rooms were clean, but the smell from the sewage system through the shower drain and sink drain is overpowering and nauseating. This is a systemic sewage issue. The ventilation from the sewer needs to be re-routed. We stayed in our rooms as little as possible. We did bring this up with the staff, but there was only so much they could do without getting management and construction involved. And (2), the glass shower door needs to be extended to the floor, or caulk and a squeegee added to the bottom of the glass. When one takes a shower, the entire bathroom floor gets soaked, so an added 2-3 towels per day need to be used just to clean the floor.

The staff was super helpful in getting a tour arranged at the last minute. They also helped out by getting me a bus back to Cebu. The seaside view at the restaurant was amazing.

There was a bit of an ant problem. The bedding was sparse.
