quel accueil formidable de nos hôtes! une homestay familiale, humaine avec de très bons conseils pour notre séjour. organisation à la volée d’un tour sur mesure sur oslob en fonction de nos envies. superbe vue mer. l’emplacement est excentrée par rapport aux principaux centres d’intérêt, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la vie de village d’oslob vraiment sympa. toute commodité à proximité immédiate. je recommande ++++. Attention, ici ambiance homestay maison, à ne pas comparer avec de l’hôtellerie standard et c’est ce qui nous a plu.

Ze zijn zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze helpen met het boeken van tours tot aan de bus voor je regelen zodra je vertrekt.

De mannelijke eigenaar is erg vriendelijk. ‘S morgens met hem gekletst in de veranda waar hij hard aan het schilderen was. Hij heeft ons ook geholpen met de bushalte

The host is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and meals can be ordered and free delivered to the hotel.

The room has ants everywhere. Some ants are on the bed and even bite me during my sleep. My sleep is totally ruined by ants. If the hotel can deal with "ant" problem, I will recommend it to others.

Rooms are clean. Toilets are clean too.. They even have indoor slippers. And one out three rooms we stayed got an air purifier.. they also have free water (hot and cold) and free coffee on their common area or the veranda where you can view the ocean.. staff's are so helpful, polite and kind!! Thank youu!

Smooth Check-In. The house was located literally in front of the beach, it was really relaxing because the pantry was located in front of it and there were big windows so breakfast was extra relaxing. The location is minutes walking time to the public market, and to the main road where you can wait for buses, minutes away from the heritage park as well. Room is good, toiletries are provided, cr has bidet/sink/shower/heater, staff are friendly and the owner tells us interesting stories. They also give us tips as to where to go.

Water is weak on the shower/heater.

The owner was the best! We came early and he has no problem checking us early with no extra charge…highly recommend this place. Great view and friendly staff.

The worst experience ever! we arrived around 7pm. clerk was extremely rude. refusing to acknowledge I had paid for 2 rooms. He was told to only give us 1 room with 2 double beds. I showed him my confirmation and he still argued. He says he could not get hold of the owner s to verify but his notes only told him we had 1 room. I refused, he finally gave in a showed us another room on the other side of the hotel opposite our kids rooms. My paid reservation clearly states rooms next to each other or close by. I even texted owners days before to confirm this but no answer. I night clerk was so rude he even got into a fight with our driver. Insulting him and threatening him. My husband had to step in and ask him to stop. Needless to say I did not feel comfortable staying at this property. We decided to switch hotels and forego the money. Buyer beware!

Great location right by the sea, you can hear the waves from the bedroom which is soothing and can have breakfast literally looking down at the sea. 10/15min from the main Oslob whaleshark experience area, close but without the whole buzz of Tan-Awan which is busy. The hotel owner will book you the whole experience with someone that will stay with you for the whole day, take you to set places, help you find a restaurant for lunch, help you carry and keep your things safe and drive you back to the hotel safe and sound for a very small price, I highly recommend you do this and not try and organise your own activities. Even after leaving a well deserve tip this is more advantageous than taking a bunch of tricycles to get around the island by yourself. Now the hosts, what can I say, Miss Baby and her hubby really took care of us! Fantastic services, great communication, advice, etc, they give their all and more and we left them with a pinch of sadness. Amazing people and amazing hotel. The room was so clean, bathroom was spotless and water pressure ok (for the Philippines) with hot water and a nice toilet. The room has an aircon which is quite noisy but I guess most are so not much they can do here. Thank you so much Miss Baby and family for making our stay in Oslob even better, your place is fabulous!

When we arrived, the owner showed us to our room and seemed in a hurry to leave without providing us with information about other amenities. When we tried to inquire about the WiFi and other details, she appeared impatient while answering our questions. The bathrooms had a strong odor, making it impossible to keep the doors open. Moreover, the rooms faced the hallway rather than offering an outside view. Shortly, i dont reccommend this hotel

The owners did everything to help us and to make our stay as memorable as possible. Lovely owners that will wait for you and recommend the best places to go.

room wasn’t cleaned each day.

The price was great, particularly for the location. The property backs straight onto the sea so the view is great and you can walk straight down and bathe in the sea in the evening. Free water and coffee was a really nice touch. The owner is a 'fixer' and can sort any of your trips for you - including getting you a 'fair' price (note - i'm sure you could get slightly better but this is fair and convenient). Wifi was very good - and if you have work to do, it's a lovely experience watching the sunrise, torch fisherman and working on the balcony. There isn't much in Oslob but this is walking distance to everything that you would need.

For the price - the room was as expected. The aircon unit was 'very' loud (by our expectations) as it was one of the older, more industrial versions. Improving that would make a marked difference to staying there - particularly for people from countries that don't use aircon such as us. The room was big enough for a bigger double bed. I think this was a standard double - ideally much bigger beds would improve the experience greatly. Oddly, before we checked out the water stopped in our room. We're not sure if this was the owner turning it off, or a problem locally.

There was no amenities in the hotel except the water dispenser in the lobby. A/c was very noisy which makes the short night even harder. I also didnt appreciate that they arranged for the whaleshark watching, and told me to pay 200 pesos to the driver and i accepted assuming it is a motorbike, which i already got from Outside, but it turned out that all the guests of the hotel are jammed into tricycle and charged each 200 and we were 4 in 1 trike (800 pesos for the driver, which is not fair in my opinion.).
