Établissement neuf, décoré avec goût ! Personnel très attentif et agréable. Petit déjeuner royal, avec énormément de choix et délicieux !!! Literie confortable, belle chambre et salle de bain Parking sur place, mais accessible uniquement par l’arrière du bâtiment

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist groß und schön; breiter Schreibtisch - gut zum Arbeiten. Ich durfte mein Motorrad auf dem Parkplatz hinter dem Haus abstellen.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße - auch die Zimmer nach hinten sind laut, wenn man die Fenster öffnet (allerdings recht gut schallisoliert). Die Baustelle direkt auf der Straße bringt Stau hervor und verstärkt den Lärm. Mein Zimmer lag über dem Restaurant/Frühstücksraum neben der Treppe - das heißt: von 6 bis 23 Uhr hörte ich Lärm und Musik. Unangenehm. Das Hotel ist zirka drei Kilometer vom Zentrum entfernt - man läuft ungefähr 45 Minuten (lkein angenehmer Weg).

The location.

The room was clean, spacious than normal, comfortable beds, shower with functional thermostats. The location close to grocery stores, restaurants and forex exchange. The bus stop to city center is near. The staff in the reception were friendly and attentive to requests. Thank you. Overall it is a good hotel if you're just staying for 1-2 nights.

We didn't try the spa as it looked so small space for a family of four and it is not included in the hotel fee. The fridge in our room was probably over 18 ⁰C and there is no way to adjust it. The restaurant, which was also the place for breakfast, was small and the staff seemed always grumpy. The breakfast were probably pure albanian type... hard to say.. but not good for us. The breakfast juice were like candy juices and to get your coffee, you have to go tell it to the counter and get it from there.. it was quite odd, for us... After our second night we requested for "room clean / make up" as we think it was necessary, but they didn't change our linens, they only made our beds . I could have done it myself, lols, we wanted clean beds. I mention these things based on our expectations for a 4-star hotel as it claims it is.

Newly built hotel,nice and clean and above all friendly and professional staff with smiles. You can enjoy free coffee in the lobby with friends. Easy approach to the city centre by taxi and by bus.

Schönes Design des Hotels.

An der Rezeption war es nicht möglich ein Frühstück für den Weg zu bekommen, da wir froh zum Flughafen mussten und Frühstück mit bezahlt hatten. Einen Tag vorher Bescheid gegeben und es wurde aber nicht hergerichtet. Wer unterhalb des 3. Stocks ein Zimmer hat geniest ab 6:30 Uhr laute Musik aus dem Frühstücksraum. Sehr hellhörig.

Alors c'est beau mais étant donné que c'était le plus cher de notre séjour (road trip de 14 jours un dizaine d'hôtel) et bien il n'était pas la hauteur, le spa était bien et propre bon point par rapport à un autre hôtel ( doanes..) ! mais le lit un 140. Et le buffet du petit dej.... alors d'après une réponse à un des commentaires ou ici ou sur Google le buffet doit comporter 102 mets différents... j'ai tout compter il y avais 53 trucs sur le buffet ... en comptant 1 saladier d'olive noir, 1 saladier d'olive verte , les différentes confitures etc bous aurez compris la logique et donc je peut dire que ceux ont critiqué le buffet avais raison il n'est pas du tout à la hauteur d'un hôtel supérieur 4 étoiles! Alors plutôt que de répondre aux personnes sur un ton condescendant au commentaires qui ne plaisent pas il faudrait mieux prendre en.compte pour améliorer votre hôtel. Parce que pour le prix en albanie on.sattend à beaucoup. Clairement notre meilleur hôtel nous a coûté 40 euros à ksamil la ou les logements sont déjà plus chers !!! Enfin du coup en bref piur le.prix moyen !

We didn't understand the Spa First day we had to pay 10 euros/person and the next day it was free. We used it both occasions during the opening hours. WHY??

Ich schreibe normal nicht sehr ausführlich, aber in diesem Fall tu ich das gerne, denn diesem familiengeführtem Hotel muss man eine Bewertung schreiben! Es hat im Februar 24 eröffnet und punktet mit ganz vielen Dingen! Natürlich alles neu. Die Zimmer sind einfach, modern und ohne Schnickschnack ausgestattet. Es gibt Duschgel und Bodylotion im Zimmer und eine ausgestattete Minibar. Ein Gestell für den Koffer wäre noch super und vielleicht noch ein paar Haken für die Garderobe. Ansonsten tipptopp. Das Spa und das Gym haben alles was es braucht und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind top. Das ist auch wichtig in Tirana, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Bei der Lage waren wir erst skeptisch, aber der Bus fährt 50m vom Hotel und man ist für 0,40 ct. in max 30 min in der City. Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis ist super! Frühstück, was im Preis inbegriffen ist, ist abwechslungsreich. Es gibt Standards, aber es wird jeden Tag frisches Obst, verschiedene Gemüse und süße Leckereien serviert. Eierspeisen aus echten Eiern runden das ganze noch ab! Das Restaurant bietet verschiedene Gerichte im mediterranen Stil. Lecker und fürs Auge!

Leider war ich vom Service im Restaurant enttäuscht. Für ein 4 Sterne Haus ist da noch Potential nach oben. Vorneweg, das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht! Am Servicegedanken darf gearbeitet werden. Leider fehlt dem Personal das Auge, z.B. fehlendes Geschirr zeitnah aufzufüllen. 2 Teesorten waren nach 3 Tagen so gut wie aufgebraucht und bei Nachfragen hieß es lapidar es gibt Gläser und Tee an der Bar….hmmmm ok. Schöner ist es natürlich, wenn die Dinge da sind, wo man sie als Gast erwartet. Zumindest bei 4 Sternen. Zum Tisch abräumen gehört für mich auch dazu, ihn für den nächsten Gast wieder herzurichten…. Eine Serviette über dem Brot ist auch schön, um die Hygiene zu wahren, damit der Gast, der das letzte Stück nimmt, nicht auch noch alles andere von zahlreichen Händen, die es vorher angefasst haben, mitnimmt. Kleinigkeiten, die allerdings eine große Wirkung haben. Ich bin sicher, es wird sich einspielen.

The room looked very luxury. There was everything we needed. The location was convenient for us, 1 hour walk to the city centre and 15 minutes away from the airport. There was a dedicated parking lot (underground garage available also). We loved the breakfast, especially the selection of deserts. The staff at the reception was always kind and helped us with printing of boarding passes. There was also wellness available, but we didn't have time to use it.

Light in the bathroom was only connected to a motion sensor, I think it would be better to use a switch instead. The card holder was located too close to the wardrobe, unfortunately, our card accidentally fell down behind the wardrobe, so we needed to obtain a new one at the reception (we didn't need to pay anything for the spare card, but it was unpleasant situation for us). I would appreciate to have an option to order a single glass of local wine in the restaurant. The bartender offered us only the whole bottle which unfortunately was too much for us since we had to leave really early next morning.

The best thing about the hotel was definitely the amazing staff; we were panicked by Tirana traffic and they kindly parked and fetched our car for us no questions asked. They also gave good local restaurant recommendations (Bâti 3 is well worth visiting if you like fish). Comfortable room and good spa too.

The location is a little gritty; the ring road is right there and you definitely feel its presence. We did once walk back to the hotel from town but it involved a lot of hectic crossings. Of course the price reflects this; it would be far pricier in the centre.

Hotellet er svært fint. Ikke for stort. Personalet var oppriktig glad i sine gjester. Ikke reserverte og mutte som man ofte opplevere i øst Europa. Kvinnen i resepsjonen var svært vennlig. Renholdspersonalet ble svært glad når de fikk ros av oss.

Kaffe til frokost. Det ble servert fra baren, men de som jobbet med kaffe var alt for seine til å spørre oss om kaffe. Vi måtte hver dag gå frem til baren og be om kaffe. Jeg trenger tre kopler hver morgen. Dette var både tungvindt og ikke bra service
