The host was very helpful in navigating payment and getting us into the home even earlier than anticipated. The home is very nice, clean, and was in a good location for Legoland and visiting family in Winter Haven. We would definitely stay here again!!

Additional seating would be nice — barstools at the bar, for example. Adding additional blankets to the bed would be nice, too.

I would definitely stay here again.. Convenient location. Clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Loved the washer and dryer! We were there for a basketball tournament so I was able to wash my son's uniform. Beds were very comfortable. Home was modern and very nicely designed. Totally had enough, easily accessible electrical sockets for charging all our devices. Loved to be able to park my car inside of the garage. Even though I brought my own supplies with me, the home was very well stocked with laundry detergent, bleach, softener, dishwasher detergent, they even had coffee, sugar, seasonings and other items in the pantry.

Only 1 TV in the entire 4BR house, which was in the living (common) area. There are no tv's in the bedrooms. I let the 13 year old have the television in the living room because he isn't old enough to watch rated R movies. Also, he had an E-Sport tournament and needed to hook up his Playstation so, I was stuck with no tv, watching movies on my phone. No cable, satellite nor antenna for local TV. You MUST have a streaming service for any TV entertainment. No towel racks or toilet paper holders in the master bathroom. No shelves in the master shower. All shower products (soap, shampoo, conditioner, loofah, face wash, razor, etc) had to be placed on the floor in the shower which is not convenient nor good for a tall person with a bad back. You have to either reach back for the t.p. off the back top of the toilet or sit it on the floor in front of you. No thick comforters or bed spreads on the queen beds, just lightweight throws. I had to take a throw out of another room to use on my bed. If you only use a sheet or very light covers, this will be fine for you. I like a comforter, spread or weighted blanket so I was a little out of sorts. The twin beds had nice comforters though.
