This perfectly positioned cottage was everything we could have wished for a relaxing break, with shops, and beautiful walks right on your doorstep. Will definitely look forward to booking again!

The cottage had adequate facilities which was both cosy, up to date and cheerful. On entry we were gifted with fresh flowers, milk in the fridge & some yummy cake. The cottage was ideally situated, a stones away from the lovely town of Holt where we got lost in enjoyment exploring the quaint little shops dotted around the historic town. Literally only a few miles away, you could visit the seaside resorts of Cromer & Sherringham but for a full day out u can travel all around the Norfolk coast as far as Wells Next to Sea, Holkham & Brancaster, for an ideal family day out. Probably one of the best locations we have been to in terms of a short break.

We had a fab time, Charlie, our dog absolutely loved her time exploring on her first holiday, and having Spout Hill right on our door step was a great bonus. Excellent place to stay, Holt is a lovely village with some lovely eateries and pubs, we loved the feathers. And with many of the beach resorts within a short driving distance. The cottage, Home Again, had all the amenities you need and more including a designated parking space, we would highly recommend this place and so would Charlie, everywhere was dog friendly.

Home again is a really lovely cottage, welcoming and warm. It is well equipped and comfortable, tucked away in a quiet corner, but in a fab location, one minutes walk from the beautiful town of Holt, and it's pubs, restaurants, and independent shops. It hasn't got a private garden, but don't worry about that, it is literally only seconds from Spout Hill nature reserve, so us with our two dogs, did not feel inconvenienced in the slightest. We would recommend a nice walk to the wonderful Kings Head pub/hotel in Letheringsett via the old reilway line, not too long a walk, but enough to build up a thirst! In summary, we were sad to leave Des & Lisa from Herts

Cosy cottage within easy walking distance of all Holts Cafes, Pubs and Shops. Had a lovely stay again and hope to return.

Lovely little home , cosy and comfortable. Wonderful to be round the corner from the town with shops, cafes and other interests....went to a great little concert in the church. Fantastic for the dog ( and us) to have Spouts Hill just outside the door.

The property was wholly adequate and pleasant in a very convenient location. The freezer and bike storage did it for us. However, we felt for the cost, towels and bedding should be supplied. We would also suggest a better quality bin bag.

Home Again cottage in Holt was a fabulous cottage in a great location. The property was clean and welcoming and we loved coming back to it after a day out around Norfolk. The cake, milk and flowers were a lovely touch on arrival. Norfolk exceeded our expectations - everywhere we went had fantastic pubs and restaurants and the coast was beautiful. We also had an excellent takeaway from the Indian restaurant in the centre of Holt. A truly fantastic holiday - we will be back to Home Again in the not too distant future.

This is no doubt a beautiful property on the face of it. When we arrived at 5 pm on Saturday 11th September, my husband and myself were initially happy with the property until my wife found the cleanliness of the toilet was unsatisfactory. Under the toilet seat was dirty and stained and required cleaning as did the shower surround. Not withstanding we carried on determined to enjoy our week and my wife 'cleaned' the toilet. Our next issue came on Sunday afternoon when my husband went to cook tea. He went to use the lower oven and was disgusted at the filthy condition it was in. Both top, sides and bottom of the oven were in a very dirty state and the supposed chrome racks were absolutely black with dirt. So much so my husband went and bought a pack of brillo pads to clean the racks. As the brillo pads would not initially clean the racks he had to use a knife to break into them. He eventually got them fairly clean to about 90% of how it should have been. He eventually gave up on the oven. It is clearly obvious that it has not been checked or cleaned for some considerable time. Considering the weather the quilt supplied was so thin and light it resembled sleeping under a J cloth. We did not want to put heating on overnight. Both my husband and myself were left simply disappointed by a wonderful cottage let down by a lack of cleaning. The property clearly had not had a close check prior to our arrival and its so sad that the property is let down by a lack of attention to detail. Sadly by Thursday we had given up on the property and returned home to Durham disenchanted!

Perfect for visiting North Norfolk. Very welcoming cottage to come back 'home' to. Lovely to be so near the centre of Holt for supplies and top ups.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. In a great position, a few mins walk into lovely bustling Holt centre yet in a quiet location. Lovely park at the back of the cottage. Our dog loved it. Centrally placed to visit many superb locations nearby from varied coastal towns and villages to lovely various parks. Loved Sheringham Park and Holt Park. Short scenic drive to the coast passing through some lovely country villages. The cottage was very clean. Nicely laid out.

Lovely little cottage in a great location. Fell in love with Holt. A few changes would have made the stay better still (e.g. sofas were not comfy and one really needs replacing, and more pillows on beds would have been appreciated). But the location of this cottage really outweighs everything else.

Great space for the 3 of us, so close to Holt it was really nice to be able to potter from the cottage to the shops and the countryside walks behind the buildings. Nice clean rooms. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay but for three adults just a little cramped

Spotlessly clean and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Close to the centre of Holt but far enough away to not feel in the thick of it - a perfect combination.

Cottage was beautifully clean and well equipped. Excellent location. Whole family had a brilliant stay. We would definitely return.

The cottage was warm, cosy and everything you needed was to hand. We loved it. Just a couple of points, not criticism, but hooks in the bathroom would be great to hang ones clothes on and a non- slip mat in the shower would make the cottage 105%! Many thanks. Gillian Crabtree

Well equipped kettle needs replacing or descaling unless you like lumps of lime scale in your hot drinks. Dinning table chair are a little wobbly but overall fab property wonderful location.

Nice tidy property. Great location for walks and shopping the High St in Holt.
